OH MAN THIS IS SO COOL!

You put in SO MUCH EFFORT in the writing and gameplay, it is genuinely tense to try to piece together everything given the time limit! I loved the 1st level's sprites too, wish we had more of those. But still, the music choice is astounding and fits really well with this game! I would applaud your phenomenal writing skills, especially with the Apex Chemical Rep, its way too accurate and corporate lol.

Overall, phenomenal work my dude!

Wish we had the finished version! Shame that it was (temporarily) scrapped due to the time restraint. Do tell me when the game releases in the way you intended, I want to revisit it again. Overall though cool as hell concept for a hunt game!

Great start if you are starting out as a game dev :D (get ready for a lot of coffee lol)

Thank you for playing man! I am planning to expand this soon! Stay tunes in Discord, I'll be posting future updates in Fireside :)

Fat bunny is love, fat bunny is life, thanks for your kind comments good sir!

Spoopy 😨

Unreal engine used to it's fullest! You really understood on how to execute a horror game like this! This is some really phenomenal work man!

I personally would like an establishing cutscene/movie/text to contextualize what is hunting us, but so far this game is great man!

Gotta give it to my partner and artist for this dub man! And thanks for playing!

Am smol D:

Cool concept and amazing execution! I really liked how well the feel of it hits just as I expected of a walkie talkie game. And the horror corridor vibes do gel well with the panic I got when my batteries ran low (Uh-oh)

The UI work could've been given a bit more attention though, with some sound effects and all that. And I do think the torch is quite jank following the player's rotation instead of camera. I do also think that the vibes should either be goofy or horror (or goofy horror) because in it's current state the game feels like it's oil with water and totally separate vibes. I could see this easily becoming a Lethal Company with the goofy horror vibes

But I did have a blast with it, great job team!

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the cards and intro cutscenes, all lovingly made by my extremely talented partner! In terms of the game I would like to expand upon it and add some well needed features QOL, and thanks for pointing out some bugs, I'll be on it after a long coffee break lol

Thanks dude :), Great that you had fun!

Thanks! The artist made custom drinks for me and that was really nice of them :)

I was trying to make a totally different style of game compared to what I usually make, had to learn a lot of things while making the game, but gg anyways

Thanks dude!

Dang I was experimenting with a custom cursor, didn't realize it broke it :'), Thanks for playing!

Smol disclaimer

A little disclaimer for anyone playing the game, this is more like a tech demo more than anything, I didn't plan out properly so there isn't any real "game", still, I hope you guys have a nice chill time here :D

Yeah, forgot to play test with a full leaderboard so the UI component broke XD, thanks for playing!

Post here games that you think have been severely underrated and deserve much more attention!

Ill start:

Operator Spot: https://itch.io/jam/scorejam27/rate/2281162
A fun little doom like game with pretty atmospheric 3D graphics, multiple weapons, and exploding mice!

Germs Mayhem: https://itch.io/jam/scorejam27/rate/228201
Very polished 3D shooter where you get to shoot little germs and survive for as long as you can!

Oriville: https://itch.io/jam/scorejam27/rate/2281905
By far the best game I have seen in this whole jam. In this game, you try to build the perfect micro world, and rack up points based on how well you place tiles in the world! Very cool and polished!

If you are still looking for games to play and rate, try checking these out! Or is there something I missed? Post them in the comments!

152/153 damn-

But other than that, I have never seen such a thing as a perfect Jam Submission! And this is exactly that! I think it is incredibly polished and you pulled it off amazingly! I didn't see a single bug or problem with this game! And some might be confused about the theme but I think you're probably going for managing a micro world ;)

10/10, would reccomend

OH MY GOD ITS YOUR FIRST GAME JAM?

Dude this looks really cool! It has a lot of polish to it and its pretty intuitive, some text prompts would be nice and the leaderboards are a bit broken, but overall this is a very solid and polished game!

Very chaotic, I love the over the top energy! Can do with some polish of course, but overall really cool for just 3 days!

Loved the theme and doom like gameplay, but it is just really really hard and feels a bit unfair, still an amazing game made in only 3 days :O

Congrats and thanks man!

I'm not the best artist :'), all art assets made by me along with everything else, thanks for your feedback though! Hope you enjoyed the rest of the game :D

Thanks for the feedback dude, Ill try to improve my UI next time!

I'm sorry if the UI is broken, I'm still trying to learn proper UI implementation, but thankyou for your suggestions :)

Thankyou dude :)

I'm not sure you got the theme at all? I didn't see a single gun cat or any microscopic worlds. Additionally, gameplay is very confusing, and it is very laggy. But if it is an actual working MO, that is ridiculously impressive to be made in 3 days :O

I do recommend maybe not having a large scale game for a quick game jam, since the central core gameplay suffers from it, but still good job man :)

Lots of cool assets and ideas, but it could have been executed better. A bit boring and not very balanced, but overall, pretty good game :)

Nice little game, appreciate its available on WebGL :)

Gameplay is frantic but a little bland, just a little minigame type thing, and it doesn't really convey Micro World that much, but good job anyways :D

A nice lil game :)

Gameplay wise it doesn't really try to innovate, and some assets mismatch each other. But hey, I saw that this is your 2nd game ever from your itch.io page, keep going dude, you're going to improve lots I bet :)

Hey dude!

Just a little heads up the game is broken, you probably didn't upload the all files, especially the UnityPlayer.dll file. This is very important because your game cant run without it :(

Until then, we cant really rate your game, but I hope you're going to be able to fix this soon!

Drew me in with the pretty art, stayed for groovy cats. The whole rhythm aspect was executed very well! And it really got me hooked after a while.

Though the game is exceptionally difficult, especially not being able to place down cats in the middle of waves, and having to balance buying ammo. I think there is a little bit of RNG involved? Rats sometimes pass the same defenses that worked perfectly last time. Also leaderboards don't seem to be working :(

Best score I got was 7 waves after like 10 tries, overall a nice little game :)

Very cool approach to the its not real approach, trying to bluff your legitimacy. Though the game is kinda trial and error in its nature since your only clues is that one 100% believes you, the other is a magician who knows a ton of tricks and can easily see through a trick, and another is a reporter who only consumes what she sees. Very good premise trying to balance these out, but would be nice to get hints along the way :)
