The CHAOS can be a good or bad thing in our games. you can use the chaos against other players and destroy them or you can be the one that is destroyed.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
everything is made from scratch except the pixel art font. we got the font from this link:

Sh*t, as simple as this idea is, it's just as ingenious. Bravo!

With your permission, I will leave this game on my phone. This was not enough for me. And if you also finalize the multiplayer, all the roads in Google Play are open! (It's not a joke, this game really good for production release)

We will be grateful if you appreciate our work ^ _ ^

so many balls :D I love this, some might not agree with me but you hit the point of chaos head on!
If you've got the time, can you take a look at our game as well and rate it? Ty!

Wow, your team made quite the chaotic game in just a week. Well done!

I love how simple the core concept here is: 4 way pong with more balls. That's it. That's the perfect level of simplicity for a jam and it works super well. The game plays and looks super polished, too. I think the difficulty is a tad high. I wasn't able to outlast a single CPU or even come close. The best I got was +990 time, but I still lost with the opponents with over 100 net score. Without changing the AI or the difficulty, I wonder if you could highlight or otherwise color change the balls that have a velocity coming towards your goal. This might help give players a much needed edges vs the CPU and help them sift through the very chaotic gameplay.

Y'all made a great game. Good job!

thank you for playing and wonderfull feedback

Very cool game that gets very chaotic very quickly with all the balls on the field. It's also very hard, maybe a little too hard. But it's so well polished other than that, so I definitely recommend trying it out.

Developer

thank you

Super Polished and fun! I liked the pixel art and the sound effects, but I would have maybe made the AI players a bit less good, to give the player more of a chance.

good job!

thank you for playing and feedback

That was just too chaotic! How can you win this? Video Review: 14:00 Balls of Chaos

Developer

You must survive about 2-3 min until the value of the balls get bigger(by hitting the Ai wall) and then with defense them with your pad you get more +seconds after this survive you can beat the Ai. thank you for playing the game and your feedback on the video was good for us.

This is great, wow! I loved all the animations and chaos, I only have one question: is the leaderboard time the time you have left when you've defeated the others? not that I've been able to so far, but still...

Developer

thank you, yes you can submit new Leaderboard record when you won the game.

Hey hey ~

I thought that the visuals and the audio was super on point, everything looked clean and crisp and was quite enjoyable. I'm really impressed as to what was accomplished.

My biggest critique is that I'm not really sure if there's a good strategy to beat the AI once things get really chaotic, there becomes too many things to keep track of and while a computer can handle that fine my small human brain cannot.

Also, this one is small but the main menu got crunched on my resolution.

That said I had an absolute blast playing this game and really enjoyed the chaos. I think you guys did a fantastic job in the thematics and in the implementation. Well done friends :)

Developer

Thank you for this comment. It's perfect that game developers comment us, what is the problem of the game, and we can improve designing skills.

Awesome arcade game! It's really polished and the graphic is really cool.

It gives me Crash Bash vibes! Good job!

Between the GORGEOUS main menu, the little animations on the tiny balls as they went diagonally, and even the smoke clouds when you move your paddle, the graphical polish is so elite. Game definitely felt very chaotic; I couldn't really get the hang of it and died a lot, but I loved watching it unfold. Would have loved to have some screen shake or meaty sound effects when you knock a bunch of balls back and win a lot of time! Often didn't even realize I was about to run out. Overall super enjoyable and on-theme!

thanks for the playing and wonderful feedback... it shows you care for the games and play it for the sake of gaming, not game jam or rating...thank you.

Yes, really, thank you for playing and this comment.

Fun take on a classic ball game, thoroughly enjoyed it!

Developer

Very good art! The game was interesting but it did not feel very "juicy". I think adding more stuff like screen shake and particle effects and noise of the balls hitting stuff would go a long way. also for more craziness, you could make the balls hit one another. I lost but it was hard to tell why.

Developer(+1)

Maybe the answer is  you should let there be chaos and enjoye the scene...thank you for playing and the feedbacks

Submitted(+1)

Lol, maybe its 100 situps, pushups, and squats with a 10-km run :P

Bots move much faster than the player

But the idea was fun and chaotic! Good job!

Developer

really?:D speed of all pad are the same...thank you for playing

Lots to love here,

Multiple build platforms, excellent polish on the menus, a leader board, and very fitting yet unobtrusive sound design.

The idea of a sort of reverse pong where you're simply trying to hit more balls than you miss just to stay afloat is pure gold. Having the balls multiply on every bounce definitely ramps up the chaos super quick, spot on for theme.

I also rather appreciated the way the instruction screen subtly tested to make sure you were reading by only starting the game when you press the correct key, and booted you back to the main menu otherwise.

All told awesome game here lads, keep up the great work.

Developer

thank you for this valuable feedback.
