I t was nice, the scene transition was the thing that I should learn, But, the controles are too hard, It fill like it was random

A good game. The movement of the mace was sometimes a bit weird, but I enjoyed playing it.

Swinging the mace around is very fun! I do wish it's momentum wasn't reduced by quite as much when it hits a target though. Good fun though!

Loved the Idea! It was fun to play! So satisfying to swing tha mace around! Someone could make a game, you are the mace, and you controll it with the mouse.

Nice concept and fun for quite a while! If you are having difficulty playing with UI try full screen. Worked great in full screen!

Great job on theme implementation and the titles and menus are well designed. I like the mechanic of hitting enemies with a mace but it feels a little unsatisfying with how quickly the mace decellerates on hit. Also since you can kill enemies with just colliding the mace with them it doesn't require any velocity to kill. Maybe a minimum velocity required to kill would do well. Once I got the mace spinning and moving around though it was rather fun and I'd love to see where this concept goes!

I enjoyed the swinging mechanic. It was a fun game with great sounds and a simple art design. I believe you did a great job with the theme and the gam itself. Nice game!

Liked it a lot, this game was very fun to play. Since you do a lot of circular movements to regain momentum this is perfect for a controller and I easily tripled my score as soon as I started playing with it. Shame the retract/expand mechanic is not available in this case - it is definitely the superior way to play. I hope you consider full controller support in the future.

Also I liked that the mechanics are very tightly designed here. Special call out to the details that I think made the game:

  • Loosing momentum when hitting enemies
  • Risk/Reward of expanding/collapsing chain
  • Mace is easier to use when away from walls so hiding is discouraged

Like the music, fun to play. Enemy death animation is cool and very satisfying so I'm little sad that player death animation is missing.

Not a bad game concept, but I wish I had more control over the movement and mace. I get it's supposed to be somewhat awkward, but it felt too much out of my control to use the weapon. There also to be an odd effect on movement when extending/retracting the mace.

Thanks for the feedback! I agree it can be a little difficult to regain mace momentum after killing an enemy, and that movement effect is definitely something I need to fix if I take this project further :)

It's getting quite out of Hand after abt. 700 pts. but I had some fun for some minutes.

I appreciate the feedback, I agree, in code the spawn rate actually decreases to 0.5s as the smallest which is definitely way to fast, I don't know what I was thinking! 😂

Nice minimalist graphics and responsive controls. Reminds me of Hammerfight.
