Great proportions on the model and the "dithering" on the textures really brings it together. The distortion makes it look like the waves are moving and the light beam is a nice touch!

- love the use of the light house, makes the rotation of the model feel really dynamic. the use of wiggly textures on the water is effective too! good job sticking within the limitation!
