The small things in our case is a dollhouse with a small bunny (supposed to resemble a doll like those sylvanian thingies) and small furniture to decorate the dollhouse <3

Annww I love the decor, it's so cute!! The game is really cozy and relaxing, and the mini-game is fun :) Great job!

Developer

Thank you!! :)

I have two things to add, while the buying furniture window is open, you still can click outside and start working without the ability to close the window, I would disable the ability to click that button while the window is open.

Also would like a button to exit the job before the time is up but maybe that's just a me thing.

And last but not least, I know you know the art is gorgeous but I rarely comment on music, It's divine!!!

Developer(+1)

Aww thank you so much for the kind feedback!! The exit job button has been mentioned more times so it's def not just you xD we'll add these to the improvements list! <3

Hello!

Nice little game with nice visuals!

The only thing I missed is to move things around once placed. Maybe a delete button could be nice if moving them around is harder than this.

Nice job!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing!! Those two things are already on our notes, so hope you get to try it again in part 2 :)

What more can i say, its adorable and super calming! the art is fantastic and really fits the theme! i think it would be nice for the color palette to display options to select rather than having to click through each one but thats just a minor nitpick! overall super cute game :)

Developer(+1)

thank you so much!! I agree with you, and I think we can fix that when we have the rest of the house customizations (roof, walls, etc)

Submitted(+1)

omg i love the artwork and the decoration aspect! the minigame is also quite simple and enjoyable as well. I think the bunny character could have an idle animation, because I thought that the bunny character is static at first until I realized there were keyboard controls as well haha ^^

Developer(+1)

ahh we can consider that! I thought about it before and thought maybe if the doll has an idle it looks less like a doll. But I suppose the walk isn’t doll-like either 🤣 thank you for playing!!

Cute doll house game! Nice execution!

Thank you! :)

I really love the idea of a dollhouse decorating game for the theme! My daughter loves Calico Critters/Sylvians but our Pomeranian keeps chewing up the characters ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ.  I also love your approach of having players need to earn money to buy the decor from minigames and I look forward to seeing the other minigames :)

Developer

Thank you so much!! If your daughter has a favorite theme for the calico critters/sylvanians show me some pics, and I can try to add something similar for her 🥹💖

Stunning game. Also, pretty nice gameplay with the drinks! My boyfriend kept trying to speedrun it and get as many as possible, haha.

I wish there was more furniture tho! I can't wait to play the final release :)

Developer

Hahahah thank you!! I wonder what his record was??

More furniture is definitely a goal for phase 2! Do you have specific items you think are missing?

I especially want more colors, aesthetics, and more plants/cats!

Submitted(+1)

Super cute game. Loved the art and the minigame. My only complain is that I couldn't grab and move already placed furniture. Other than that, great entry! I can't wait to see what's added in part 2! Maybe some toys and scratch poles for the cat? 😊😊

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Editing and removing furniture is one of our first goals for part 2! And another one is adding more furniture. More cat accessories sound good! If you have other ideas let us know <3

I love the aesthetic of this game!! Sooo cute! And the minigame is super fun too, definitely something I would have grinded out for an hour as a kid lol

A few notes I had when playing:

  • A controls/how to play screen actually in game (I know it's in the description but I think a cute pop up would make it super clean!)
  • I wasn't sure what the numbers in the shop were at first until I did the minigame and realized it was my money lol Some little price tags on the furniture would be cute and maybe a little coin or something next to your money to indicate it's currency
  • And I think many people have said this already but definitely being able to move furniture after it's placed

Overall this is such a cute and well put together game though!!! I can't wait to see the next part of it :3

So pretty! I love what you seem to have planned next and also agree with the others that some kind of undo or remove function for the furniture would be greatly appreciated. I really think this turned out great overall and was impressed how simple but fun the minigame was!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! :) Yeah editing/removing furniture is one of our top goals for part 2, as that's crucial for the gameplay.

Beautiful game! Love the art and all the furniture pieces. I wish there was more furniture, and that the bunny could interact with (some of) the things.

Three things you have to add:

- boof mooscles bunny!

- can we pet the cat(s)?

- can we remove furniture?

Developer

Thank youuu! Yeah editing/removing furniture is one of our first goals for part 2, and another one is adding more furniture. Do you have furniture requests?

We'll add the buff bunny in a gym set interaction! Petting the cats is also in the plans for the near future <3

Cute game! I nearly missed the drink-making mini game--good thing I checked the comments!

I enjoyed designing a silly house (including a pseudo-conservatory) with the cute assets.

Developer(+1)

Hahaha I love when people fill rooms like that one with the windows xD thank you for playing!

In the future we plan to have specific furniture items have special interactions, some of them will trigger the minigames. Do you think an in-game tutorial would be helpful to explain this?

Submitted(+1)

Oooh! Yeah, I think a tiny in-game tutorial would be great the first time it happens. Otherwise, I can imagine some players getting confused :)

Wishing you and your team fun for round 2!

I love, love, love how this one came out. Watching you make the WIP pixel art was a treat, this look has such a specific vibe. My big feedback would be to incorporate a way to remove items, I did find that I had accidentally placed some stuff that I wish I could change.

Developer

Thank you so much!! <3 Yeah editing/removing furniture is one of our top goals for part 2, and we'll also add more furniture options!

this game is very very cute, lovely art, so good. im going to start with the minigame because i have no notes, its really fun and engaging for its purpose, pretty much perfect. as for the house decorating, its really great fun, i just wish there was a way to modify the placement of placed item or even delete it. i regretted putting some things down a few times. but wow you did well here, beautiful stuff

Developer(+1)

Thank youuu! Yeah editing/removing furniture is one of our top goals for part 2, and another one is adding more furniture. I hope you'll like it even more then!!

Submitted(+1)

my GOD. I was waiting to play this so bad, and I'm so happy with how it turned out (lowkey sad the insane 6-pack bunny didn't make it).
I gotta start by saying how much I LOVED the mini game. The art was adorable, the mechanics were easy to follow, and I could totally see myself playing it a lot for in-game money.  I am so excited you plan to continue the game and add more furniture and outfits!

I think adding an undo or "remove" button would help a lot. I don't know if you can see, but there's a pot behind the bathtub lol.

I also couldn't click on this item to buy it; I believe that was a bug

I cant wait for the next update and for more furniture, items, wallpaper, etc.
Submitted(+1)

OH ALSO, I think you can definitely add elements to make it more like a dollhouse. Think handles, maybe a human hand, more plastic-like textures, and an indication of how those houses are cut (open-able structure)...

Developer

Ahh tbh I understand the vision, but I think the vision for this dollhouse is more like those with delicate decorations instead of the plastic ones for babies. Kind of like this one:

Elegant Victorian Dollhouse: Sunlit Interior with Delicate ...

Developer

Aw thank you so much for your kind words!! <3 Yeah editing/removing furniture is one of our top goals for part 2, and another one is adding more furniture.

The pot behind the bathtub made me cackle xD

Submitted(+1)

This is super relaxing and the main bunny guy is adorable, as well as all the furniture. I want to live here. ;_: However, I wasn't able to move my cup around in the minigame. Also, I clicked a furniture element and then accidentally the door and got soft locked.

Super cute though, looking forward to the final product!

Developer

Ahh sorry!! Turns out the movement is only AWSD and not with arrows, I've updated the instructions now, and we can add the arrows in the next phase!

The door bug sounds weird but we'll look into it in phase 2.

Thanks for playing! 🤍
