youre so right,,thats it!

This game is adorable and really fun. I would love to come back after the next phase of the jam and see more stickers, washis, stamps, etc. I don't know why, but rotating the elements using the mouse scroll felt off in a way? I can't put my finger on it, so for now ignore this, but I'll get back to you as soon as I figure it out.

10/10 Can't wait for more <333

I know you're aware that rn you can only interact with the fridge. I LOVE the art style. I'm also a first-time dev and learned Godot specifically for this jam, so I get the struggle. You're doing great and again, ADORE your art style!

Hey! I really like this idea. I loved the personality quizz-type answer at the end, "what kind of girl dinner girly are you" kinda vibes!

As someone commented, clicking was very, very hard. It would drag the items rather than choose them.  Art-wise, I would highly recommend matching the art style of the food pieces to the ui and the server's hand to give your game more cohesion. So all low-pixel art, high-pixel art, realism, photorealistic (which could look so dope), black and white, etc.

Just finished the demo-  I LOVED IT. As a fan of girly things, and I'm on Observation Duty, I think this is such a cool idea, especially how you connected the themes!

I agree that interaction with the phone was difficult, and sometimes the anomalies were confusing. I found something near the labels and tried every category, but none of them worked (it kept telling me I found something but miscategorized it).  like, the dog moving too, I picked 'moving' but it was 'extra'. I think a little bit more clarification on the categories would help a lot!

Can't wait to play it again after the second part of the jam!

awesome good luck! cant wait for phase 2

I get what you mean!! tha is a hard one

OH ALSO, I think you can definitely add elements to make it more like a dollhouse. Think handles, maybe a human hand, more plastic-like textures, and an indication of how those houses are cut (open-able structure)...

my GOD. I was waiting to play this so bad, and I'm so happy with how it turned out (lowkey sad the insane 6-pack bunny didn't make it).
I gotta start by saying how much I LOVED the mini game. The art was adorable, the mechanics were easy to follow, and I could totally see myself playing it a lot for in-game money.  I am so excited you plan to continue the game and add more furniture and outfits!

I think adding an undo or "remove" button would help a lot. I don't know if you can see, but there's a pot behind the bathtub lol.

I also couldn't click on this item to buy it; I believe that was a bug

I cant wait for the next update and for more furniture, items, wallpaper, etc.

Hi!!

The title IMMEDIATELY caught my eye; I adore the premise (it's giving Ao3); and I love, love, cooking and baking games (Papas Bakeria veteran here). As excited as I was, I ran into a lot of bugs that made it hard to complete even a single order. I refreshed the page 3 times, started over, but ran into other issues.

For example, after being done, I would try to pick up the cupcakes, but instead I would pick up all the frosting and ONE cupcake and put it on the counter (doodled below). Another time, I moved the tray and a blueberry by clicking only on the tray.

Sometimes the order of images would get messy, for example, the bowl would be in front of the mixer.  I also got stuck and couldn't add the chocolate powder to the batter, no matter what I did.

Recommendations:

- I was a little confused before I read the instructions on the itch page. I think adding labels to elements or guide/hints would definitely help. Think the  drawers "candy" "peanut" etc. + the fact that you have to put the cupcakes on the counter to delive

- The frosting bottle would disappear when you right-click to use it, which made it look like a bug, but that's just what happens when you equip it. I'd recommend keeping it visible to avoid confusion!

- I'm a fan of (first pick up the item by left click and THEN use it by right click), but this is personal preference.

Overall, I can't wait for the second part of the jam because this game legit has the potential to win. The concept is so fun, the art is adorable, and the idea is, too! Great work! I wanna play the finished game so bad!

Adorable art and so nostalgic!!

I was not clear on how the winner was decided (whether each colour/charm had its own point + multiplier by the same or opposite colours, or something entirely different). I also wish we had more options like attachments and other things, and more interactivity with the Tamagotchi- I read through the comments and I can see that ya'll are planning that for the next phase, so that's very exciting!! I'd love to add a lot of stickers to mine.

Overall cute art and music and cute gameplay <3

oh I see!! Thank you for explaining, I'll look up how to do it for godot

oh and I went back to remake my truck!!!

This turned out SO WELL. My fav part is how I can add a little guy and give him accessories, hehe. I think a dialogue box sticker sheet could also go hard (like how the possum is saying "Aaah!"). By the way, I think the pink ribbon is on 2 sticker pages.

Unfortunately, I didn't save a pic of my truck before I went for a drive, and I couldn't get back to the main page. While driving, many stickers I had resized or moved away/deleted were still on the truck.

I had so much fun with the driving part and beeping. Amazing CUTE game, and so relaxing!

Thank you so much for playing!

That did not cross my mind at all. You are right, it's better for the player to see at least a little far ahead. I think I forgot to change the star location (there used to be a platform there that I deleted), completely my bad!

I ran into the jump issue too, and I thought the problem was my keyboard- so I'm relieved (and sad) that it's not just me. That explanation makes a lot of sense. Thank you for telling me! I would not have figured it out myself (new to coding).  What is "coyote time"?

A big thank you for playing and for taking the time to write this feedback for me; I really appreciate it. I'm gonna work on these issues!

thank you so much for playing!!! I;m so glad you liked it <3

is there a demo for this?

also i never download games and only play in browser but this one was SO FUN i want to replay again and again

This is amazing! I played without pause, I love how unique the idea is, thank you for making the game!! please make more!!

that was so cute and sad and i love it

this was such a cute little game!!

That makes sense, a transition effect could be a great addition. Thanks for playing!

What an addictive game! It was genuinely so fun to play, and the SFX and music fit so well. When I first saw it, I was like, "No way I'll play a puzzle game for more than 2 rounds." 30 mins later and I'm mesmerized. Really creative puzzles, awesome work!

Oh my god what gorgeous art! Amazing work!!!!!

For feedback, like The2lu said, I lowkey couldn't get past the 1st area. I was so stuck! Which I was really upset about, because it was actually very fun and difficult (but manageable) until then. I cannot emphasize enough how much I adored the art, especially how polished the games itch page is :))

Amazing game, it was really fun to play! I'm glad the portal had audio cues because I got lost a few times and only found my way through the portal sound. For feedback I'd say it was a bit disorienting that the character's head followed my mouse movement rather than my walking direction.  It would also be cool to have more connections between our world and the upside down (maybe while you look for power-ups, you can see statues that resemble the enemies, etc.) since the time between healing/power-up and fight is a bit long. Other than that, what a fun game and what an amazing execution in just 7 days!

I'm so glad you liked the art, thank you! We definitely had more ideas we didn't manage to implement, and a big area that needs work is, for sure, the theme. Thanks for playing and for leaving a comment!

Hi, thank you so much for your comment! You are 100% correct- the gameplay can use more work. Hopefully, in the future, we'll get to do more. Thank you again for playing and commenting :))

thank you!

Thank you very much for your comment!! I'm so glad you liked the art and enjoyed the game :))

That feedback is amazing, I can see it in my head: a chart of answers, some story hints through small dialogues between each level.. got me really excited about its potential. Thank you again for playing and for leaving such thoughtful feedback!

oh cool! I'd love that, I will for sure do that

oh my god it is so fun and addictive, finished it in one sitting!!!
