Really great looking game, the tweens were worth it!  Also loved all the funny event dialogues and the parody billboards, nice work!  It was nice to see difficulty options in a jam game, although I chose easy mode and barely squeaked passed the boss so thinking of how hard "hard" would be is scary.

Tiny thing but the name generator might need a double-check. I got names like "Tiny Moving Par" and "The Casper Figh".

thank you so much! The "name generator" has an array of all the midwest emo bands I was listening to while making the game, but theres a character limit for names so it just cuts off a lot of names lol

This is very nice game. I love the art and setup of scene, audio is great. Great idea and interpretation of theme.

One feedback that comes to my mind is selecting dice and characters. I often do it in reverse order, I mean select character first and then select dice. But this is just my habbit maybe.

This is really nice game!

Developer

thanks thanks! yeah I agree with that, I should have let you do either way first. Thank you so much for playing it!

Really awesome interpretation of the theme and such beautiful art and design has clearly gone into this! I also encountered a bug where my dice got stuck in the air, I think i caused it by clicking the dice twice in quick succession, or i clicked it like whilst it was spinning in the air maybe. Either way, I really loved this, very cool submission!

Nice game, I got a bug where the dice wouldn't come back down so I wasn't able to finish But the overall game had nice atmosphere and was a simple concept enjoy to enjoy. I could see this being something on mobile to do very easily. Good job.

Yeah I've seen other people have this bug, I think it has to do with the player selecting a die then a character then before the die finishes its animation clicking on a second die. its easy to avoid, but such a dumb game breaking bug  I missed ooof all that work for that lmao Thank you though, super appreciate it

Very cool to play one of your games where I'm actually participating in the jam too (my first one) - have been following your videos for a while!

Really like the overall visual/graphics and vibe you create. I did run into a couple of bugs, the one breaking one being the game being stuck on a dice being rolled and not responding anymore

I loved this. I was whooping these horror killers like it's dead by daylight. I played with the normal difficulty, so I'm not sure how the hard difficulty is, but I didn't feel the game get tougher along the way. At the start with Shout 3D I took some damage, but then later I got too overpowered with my characters so that I could beat most encounters without even needing the dice. That's my only complaint though, the humour and everything was great!

Very well done!

I can see that you worked hard on this game! the art is great, the theme is great, it's fun.

To be honest Ionly have good things to say exept maybe that the travel/stop toggle instead of just clicking the van feels off.

Appart from that that's as good as it gets!

Well done again

See ya around

Lmao this is literally the exact same concept as my game. Really cool though. I love the knockoff horror movies like "shark mouth", and that little flash in the title screen was great. I ended up doing this jam because I was reminded that you make videos on godot wild, and It's nice to see you here.

Threw together a super short trailer. I was having fun with this one

Cool game! I  was excited when I saw this one because your videos are what got me into game jams back in October, finally get to be in one and try one of them. Very cool take on the theme and I enjoyed the nods to the different movies. I like the little stories that generate with each one, I had a similar idea for my game but just ran out of time. I was a little confused at first on the correlation between the dice and the characters but grasped it pretty quick. Well done over all!

great pixel art. loved the dice animation was very clean.

Great job as always. I love the billboard parodies and the humor throughout. The art is great and classic Mzeth style. There is an addicting amount of strategy here. Took me a couple of tries to win but it was satisfying.
