The music and whole vibe was very relaxing. I love the idea of the game and it was a nice break from other more stressful games in this jam. Great job!

Super chill game. The music is cozy, and I love the way the disc slowly floats down after a throw, really nice to watch. The visuals in general are great; the colors overall. Really pretty color palette.

Gameplay-wise, it's a fun challenge. The wind/throw variation is a really smart, and the obstacles (especially the trees) keep you thinking instead of just yeeting the disc straight at the flag everytime lol. Being able to walk around and line up a plan between throws is really nice too. Really cleaned and polished jam entry, I'd happily play a longer set of courses.

This is such a creative twist on sports games! The disc physics and the wind mechanic feel very intuitive and smooth. I really liked the 'Space' aesthetic and the custom splash screen—it gives a great first impression. It's challenging but fun to plan each throw! . Awesome work

Very fun sports game in space! I like how you included obstacles and wind direction to add challenge, which affects how the disc is thrown. The art looks cool as well. Good job!

Very well done. It definitely deserves more ratings. Loved the visuals and sfx. It was challenging enough without being unfair. Congrats

What a great game and unique idea! I really like this idea. I loved throwing the disc so much, and with improvements, the game will get even better. Great work!

This was a nice game! It was fun to throw the disk, but I would've loved to see more mechanics implemented that have different effects on what happens. But overall, this was pretty good, and the art was nice too!

Well done on your first game jam, I think you've done a great job overall. I like the polish a lot - the custom Godot splash screen is such a great touch and gives a solid good first impression. The visuals that followed it did not disappoint either!

My two pieces of constructive feedback:

  • I would have liked a way to move the camera and look around a level. I looked away from my screen during the intro to the first hole, for example, so missed where the flag was and could only check by taking a shot in a random direction or resetting the level.
  • Keeping in mind I haven't played disc golf before and just have mini golf as a reference, I think this could be even more fun with either smaller levels or a much farther maximum throw, plus add more ricochet/bounce physics to all the borders. In my mind, every level should have hole-in-one potential, so I was a bit let down when my strongest throw can only go so far. Perhaps its accurate to the physics of the game, but I say screw physics and maximise fun! Let the strongest possible throw be overpowered. I want to see that disc flying far, bouncing on walls (pinball sound effects), nearly getting to the hole (me: "ooooooh") but hilariously hitting a tree ("aaarrgh s##t!")

Still, you have made a really impressive game in a week and should be proud! Nicely done :)

It's a good start to a game for sure! Music is nice, and the art is cute! Definitely would like to see more "galactic" aspects in the game though. Some more obstacles / hazards (like the wind) would be a great way to expand the game as well!

Pretty fun! the wind mechanic is pretty cool :D i think the only issue was that I would sometimes lose where the hole was after picking up the disc again, but overall its a great game!

This was a lot of fun! The music is catchy but not annoying, and it was helpful to be able to walk around and scope things out a bit between throws. The only criticism I can think of is the trees' collisions go a lot higher than I expected. I tried to throw past a tree and it bounce of practically the top of it.

Super fun idea! That was really well made. I would love more levels

Nice game! Very strange and the physics of the disc were great!

Great job. Loved the space theming of it, and well executed. I would have liked a way to look further towards where  I was throwing since we can throw further than the screen sees. The wind was a good add for variability.
