I'm fairly new to making game and I have a new respect for even being able to get a game functioning lol. At this point I'm just proud to get something playable out and working, you should be too, releasing something is an accomplishment.

Thank you, I found that in testing too that the multiplier did add a good amount of strategy and intensity to the battles. Leads you to not always play it safe because you don't want to lose that multiplier. I appreciate your feedback and the comments, glad you enjoyed it. I am fixing some bugs currently and will be updating the game when I'm done. I'll look at having comments be approved on the main page too.
I'm glad your game did so well! Really enjoyed it and I'm happy other people did too. This was my first game jam working solo, placed 695 overall which I'm not upset about. My game had bugs and I'm still learning so I was really surprised to even be top 700. I honestly feel like I was harder on my game then a lot of people were. Still it was a good experince overall, happy for you guys!
There is a lot going on in this game, impressive how much you got done in a week! Mood was really good, it was fun to explore and find the pickups. Only main issue I ran into was getting corned by spiders. Would get trapped in a hall and no way to get past them, just ran out of time. Still really impressed with the game, great job.
Artwork and sound are really good, everything seems to run smooth and this is ambitious for a game jam game. Was a little overwhelmed with the amount of stuff you could pickup, recipes and how to use items (cooked food, couldn't figure out how to eat it). Overall really awesome job, best of luck in the jam.
