Thank you for playing

Thank you for your feedback, I am planning on adding automation in the future, appreciate you playing

I was playing on the web version and shooting the targets seems to have no effect. Shot upgrade targets and targets on wall. I was able to shoot the gold one and it showed the black screen which I'm assuming would have been the video. Controls did feel smooth and visuals looked decent.

Game ran well and didn't have any major bugs. Hitboxes did feel a bit unforgiving but nothing game breaking. Fun fruit ninja clone, well done.

Hey! I have a cat game too. I could see this being a really fun game for kids. Visuals look good and sfx and music are solid. Controls felt a little stiff and rigid. Music also cut out after a minute in the level. Still had fun and everything ran well. Good job on the prototype.

I'll look into adjusting the tutorial to make easier to get into, thank you for playing!

Mechanics are super fun, fast paced and intense. Really like the visuals and audio, gameplay was simple but had a good amount of challenge through level design and light mechanics. Really impressed, great job.

Simple little game, not a bad concept. Monster kept getting caught on corners and it was hard to tell what was a path and what wasn't visually at first. Still liked it, good job.

Had so much fun with this game. Has many similarities to vampire survivors but also some cool new stuff such as having each character added to your team over time and the candle mechanic. Some audio would really enhance this experience, also a few animations and weapons feel unpredictable/seem a bit off. I can't really complain, probably played for over an hour, really good job, solid game here.

I like the idea, it is really creative. I ran into some bugs like getting crushed into the ground/walls, camera getting stuck ect. Also it is really hard to strategize and solve puzzles with the speed of the blocks and the camera system. It is still a lot of fun and rewarding to work through the puzzles I did.

Thank you so much for playing!

Thank you so much for playing! I will look into the bug and get it fixed, appreciate your feedback

Glad you enjoyed it! I will keep working on it, the goal is to add features that will allow the cafe to run on it's own with upgrades. That way you can run it as an idle game or interact if you want.

Really liked the mechanics of this game and think it is an interesting twist. Puzzles felt fun and rewarding, really well thought out. Overall really good job, like the feel and creativity

Played this game for awhile and found it really engaging and fun. Game does not hold your hand much which is a good thing, liked the pace and speed of combat/progression. Some things did take awhile to figure out but were fun once I did. Visuals are simple but charming, some dialogue was funny. Good job overall.

Thank you for playing, I will be posting a bug fix update either today or tomorrow.

I will look into implementing those ideas in the future, thank you for your feedback.

This game is amazing, really fun and cool idea. I like the gameplay loop a lot and see tons of potential with it. Everything felt really good and ran well. I was playing the web build because the download version was not scaling correctly and was going off screen. Other than that had a lot of fun with the game, great job!

Thank you so much for playing! I like a lot of those ideas, I'll look at implementing some of them.

Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed it

Sounds good, I'll look into it, thanks you!

Thank you for the feedback! I will look into fixing both of those issues in an upcoming patch. Were you playing the game on a computer or mobile? Asking to try and figure out the screen issues.

Once I figured out how the game worked I started to have a lot of fun with it. I will have to come back and try different factions and difficulty settings. I still had to figure a lot of stuff out through trial and error even after the tutorial. There is a lot of depth here and different options but that isn't always clear right away. I did like the feel and strategy of the game, good job!

The art looks really good and movement/animations felt really smooth. I couldn't use left mouse button to attack but I was able to run past all enemies using jumps and slides. I don't know if you wanted attacking to be optionally but it is easier at this point to run past all enemies. There was also some pretty harsh loading times when starting the game on the web build. Still think you have a pretty fun base here, good job.

Really solid game, it is a very creative concept for a platfomer. Puzzles were really good and rewarding to figure out. Mechanic sometimes was a little disorientating but I feel like that fits well with the story and feel of the game. Well polished and fun experience, great job!

(1 edit)

Thank you so much for trying it out! I appreciate all the feedback, I will be releasing a patch to actually fix most of these issues sometime in the next few days. A few people have mentioned the game not pausing while in the adoption menu. This was an intentional choice because I wanted the passive income and timers to continue while in that menu. Do you feel like automating some of the cat/customer actions would be enough to remove the stress from this? Also was 8 cats too many in the cafe in your opinion? The cat behavior right now is bugged so it might work better in future builds.

I didn't try any of the other weapons, sword play was fun just felt hard to get moving. I did enjoy it and the game feels really unique. I think you have a good thing going here, looking forward to what you come up with.

Game seems well polished and ran alright for me. Some of the audio, mostly voice recordings, seem low quality compared to the other audio in the game. Also on the game mode I played, game was really simple. Some extra mechanics could make things more interesting. I did like the game and it ran well. Having multiple language options was also a nice touch, good job.

The game has a really unique art style that makes it stand out. I like the concept of having a tile based/turn based rpg. I couldn't figure out how to get past the tutorial. I knew how to move and defend but couldn't figure out how to attack. I think an improved tutorial would help a lot. Interested to see where you take this idea, best of luck.

Really great art, I like the effects for the lighting and magic a lot also. So far not a lot to play but appreciate what you have here so far. Interact text was small and a little hard to read. I'm interested to see where you go with this game, good job.

I've never played a game like this, the combat felt a little odd but also satisfying at the same time. I could have missed something but it was a bit hard to control the sword, really had to swing the mouse in circles to get it to move. There is a lot of content, easy to get lost when there is that much stuff going on. Overall game was fun, had fun in the arena fights and seeing all the different things in the game. For sure a unique game.

Thank you for trying the game out! I will try and address most of these concerns in the next patch coming soon. I have planned a stat system that will allow you to look at each cat's info again along with other stats. Cafe level is the cats comfort levels combined, I can try and make that more clear in the tutorial. Thanks so much for the feedback and trying the game out!

I like the amount of content you have in this game. A lot of features, options and depth. I did get confused, pretty quick after entering the first dungeon. Was trying to attack the enemy but it wasn't allowing me too. I feel like the game is not very newbie friendly but would make sense over time. I still like what you are going for and appreciate the amount of content in the game.

Really like the art style and feel of this game. Don't know if I ran into a bug but I left the apartment before finishing the cleaning section and couldn't find what needed to be cleaned after that. Still really like what I did play, great job.

I will have to explore more and see if I could find it. I was so focused on fighting that I wasn't looking very hard lol.

Thank you for the feedback! I will look into fixing the icons

I didn't realize you could interact with people after missions or the save game feature. I will have to check them out.

Yeah, I got ending two, the employee of the month. I was talking to Wendy the most but didn't get any dialogue options that suggested romantic interest. Not sure if I was picking wrong options or was on the wrong story path, I did feel like dialogue with her was getting more personal.

Thank you for trying it out! I do have more features planned down the road to add more things to do in the cafe. I appreciate the feedback and will be working on adjusting the game based on that.

Not sure how I missed that, I will go back and try it out
