I really like the background art. People undervalue the background when making a game, and you clearly didn't. The sliding felt good, and the enemies were fun to shoot. This game is SLICK/10!

How does your game represent "Slick"?
007 is a slick spy, and now he's on roller skates. He uses the fallen goo from his enemies to slide around quickly while stylishly eliminating more enemies.

Did I see Garfield? Damn this game feels great to play. My favourite thing was slamming on the ground to get more height. The way the levels were designed made me want to go as fast as possible which resulted in me dying over and over. This was fun though because you're thrown right back into the level to try again. Shooting also feels great and there's so much enemy variety to keep it fresh. Great work :)
I like how you're always trying to keep the player in a flow, constantly moving and being very forgiving with aim (via time freeze). That element is very slick. The player control feels a little bit stiff in some uncomfortable ways, but it did get a little better as I learned and practiced it. Wall jumping is still pretty rough though. Some mean spots in the level design but this is good stuff overall.
lots of slick elements here, from the designs to the movement. I especially liked bullet time and the infinite bullets.
The movement on this was super fast, but the game overall was really cool! The bullet time shooting felt good and was fun to use, the sprites and music were really awesome, but I feel like the hitbox on the player or maybe just the toxic goop on the ground was pretty brutal at times.
Managed to beat the whole thing, the boss was neat! Window to kill them made it take a few tries...
I really like the graphic made for the game's icon(?) here on this page though, really fun use of some 3D as well!
Extremely satisfying movement and shooting! There were a few levels that I got stuck on and had to skip past with the level select, but I chalk that up to user error. Really excellent work!
Really enjoyed playing this one, the art style, level design and game mechanics were amazing and fit well together. The amount of content you guys managed to put in with such a short amount of time is really impressive. Loved Garfield and Tow-Mater references. The boss was also really satisfying to beat.
I had a great time with your game! It was really impressive to see how much content you were able to fit in under the time constraints. With a bit of refinement on the controls (I also found it a bit difficult to "rewire my brain" to not hold one direction the whole time), I could see this being the basis of a really unique platformer! I honestly can't think of many things that I've played that have quite the same feel. I also loved the boss fight format, especially how the "timer" was essentially dictated by the length of the level. Overall, great work!!
This is really sick! I'm really impressed by the number of mechanics that are packed into this lil jam. The art and sound are all really good!
I think dash needs to be on a separate button. I was playing with a controller and having it tied to the stick is really disorienting. Players naturally want to input direction inputs just to navigate to where they want to end up so having it invoke dash will really mess a lot of players up. Although maybe it feels better on keyboard.
But this is really sick. Well done!
This game has awesome features, is very polished and has some great voice acting. The soundtrack really fits the artstyle and movement felt great. So you can say, it has everything you can wish for :D
I expected "bullet time" to be a kind of slow-mo feature, that let's me dodge projectiles while looking really slick at it, but it's literally "time for bullets" as you shoot in quick succession and appear even slicker
Also, the main character will casually do flips when climbing a ledge, which is an awesome addition!

This was quite the experience, I got stuck at one point where the enemy blocking the way was just too difficult to get through... Skill issue haha I did finally managed to own that guy and made it all the way to the final boss. Really well done, nice sound design, nice visuals, great fun overall!
Now that was slick! The level design was amazing, and the enemies complement the gameplay perfectly.
Also, the dithered vignette effect during bullet time looks great.
