Hey, the movie quote I chose was "Mine!" from Finding Nemo :)

Super impressed with how this game looks. I loved the sunglasses on all the composers that was great and being able to choose the controls before starting was a really awesome accessible feature. Everything is really intuitive to understand and pick up as well. Great work :)

The artwork looks divine! Loved your take on the theme, the game is super compelling and creative. Always love a deck builder and the cards were all different and interesting. Everything was super intuitive to pick up and I had fun learning the different mechanics. Really impressive entry, great work :)

Really loved the art and aesthetic of your game! The tile set's really nice and totally my vibe. Gameplay felt smooth and I love the tank controls. Also sunglasses on the enemy is sick. Nice work!

Thanks for playing my game, I totally wish I had a team haha. I couldn't play your submission because I'm on a Mac! Any chance of uploading a web build? Might have to bust out an old windows laptop for it, it looks super cool :)

Love the character design and animations. It would've been cool to see what this would've turned into but it was a neat little submission. I had fun running around shooting the enemies, the gun shot effects were a nice touch and I love me some screen shake. Nice work!

Honestly thought the invisible walls were intentional so I just ran with it and had a fun time using the different mechanics to try and get through the levels. The character is pretty cute and I really like the save / load mechanic that was really cool. Nice work :)

Love this idea, all of the snails look and behave uniquely to them which really sells the concept. Loved the UI showing who won in what order. Really cool entry, made me want to gamble!

Thanks! Looking forward to playing yours when I can get someone to play with :)

I love that the concept was saving babies. Dropping them when I dashed was really funny. It was awesome that there was a shop to buy things from during the run and it was very intuitive to lead the enemies into the hero's attacks. The art was really great too. Nice work :)

This is super different and unique. Really cool short story, your game has amazing atmosphere and a dope style. I loved how you made the UI for dialogue - everything was really intuitive to pick up and looks great. Nice work :)

Insane game. Everything feels super stylish and the art looks incredible. Using the fish powers really sold this game for me, and I loved how you used them to help get around the level. Not to mention the banging music. Really great stuff!

Loved the voice acting and presentation. Shooting feels really good and I loved seeing all the bullets going into my gun as I was shooting away. Short and sweet, great work!

Really liked the presentation, it felt super visceral throwing up. I think the gameplay ideas are really cool too, trying to remember how you left your stomach before picking up new pills to fit in is a nice concept and it was very intuitive  to learn. Great work :)

Very cute game with some interesting puzzles. Swapping from having a 2d map editor to 3d when the game starts was cool. The dancing robot made beating a level even better. Nice work!

Super interesting concept. I liked the idea of switching my attention between the terminal to the different actions I could queue up. Every thing feels chaotic and intense and fits the theme really well. I also loved all of the sounds and visual effects you added. Great job!

Thanks! The game is about copying the bosses attacks and sending it back at them - that was how I interpreted the theme :)

First off 122 is an incredible score. Thanks for giving my game a chance! Can definitely export a PC build once uploads are available again :)

This is all really great feedback and I completely agree. After I submitted I realised a small change would probably address a lot of the flow issues - like the board flying off behind you when you've missed a fish. Instead of making the fish come from the right and go towards you, I'm going to try some which come from the right and move away from you. Conceptually this should force the player to keep moving without losing forward momentum and the board will likely always be moving away from the barrel because of this.

Anyway that's just a thought, I'm really happy you enjoyed it. Thanks for spending the time to try my submission, I'm a huge fan of yours :)

143 is an insane score! Thanks for giving it a play :)

The artwork is so great I'm genuinely impressed. I'll never get tired of the wild trippy earthbound backgrounds, they complimented the battles and wacky enemies really well. The game's flow is really nice as well, I liked the contrast between frantically trying to complete a battle and going back to satisfyingly wash cars. Everything has a great amount of feedback which makes it feel satisfying and engaging to play - loved how the dirt on the car exploded in a million pieces when I cleaned it. Honestly great work and really unique concept :)

This is one of those games that made me go "damn why didn't I make that!". I can tell the thought you put into the design of everything here. The attacks that let you get time back, the health regeneration, the enemy design and the risk / reward ability when your health is full - it all comes together to make me play this in a fast and chaotic way. I also loved all of the blood effects you added, how they splatter when I'm doing damage and then explode with blood when they're killed - everything feels really satisfying to do.

There's so much to talk about here, you've made a lot of mechanics with a lot of polish and it's cohesive. I'm a huge fan of the presentation and sliding around exploding enemies that get in the way felt ultra slick! Incredible work :)

Did I see Garfield? Damn this game feels great to play. My favourite thing was slamming on the ground to get more height. The way the levels were designed made me want to go as fast as possible which resulted in me dying over and over. This was fun though because you're thrown right back into the level to try again. Shooting also feels great and there's so much enemy variety to keep it fresh. Great work :)

I know you said the demo isn't representative, but damn you've done heaps for a jam entry. I really loved the trippy visuals, moving around felt smooth. There's so many enemies and bullets coming at you that the game feels really engaging and intense. Great work :)

This music got me feeling so devious. Loved spending ages making my character look as slick as possible - it was great that you added descriptions for all of the statistics so it was clear how I was modifying my character as the game progressed. Everything was super clear and satisfying when my little brute cooked all of the goons that tried to fight him. Great work :)

Damn there's so much to this for a Jam game, everything looks and feels great, and there's even a crazy boss intro cutscene. Super impressed! Great work :)

This feels super polished, I can tell the amount of work you must've put in to make everything really expressive and impactful. Having the screen shake when the enemy lands on the floor makes winning feel super heavy and satisfying. Really impressive! Great work :)

Honestly the realistic fish + that slap sound effect was hilarious and made me instantly engaged. Everything feels polished and I was surprised how great the fish feels to mess around with. Great work :)

This game feels really hectic and fun. Having the bird chase the player around is a good way to make them move, and having the fish makes you frantically try to get out of the water. The SFX were helpful to know when I was safe / in the water. Really cool design :)

This is a super unique and fun concept. Loved trying to tie the tongue around objects so they didn't get sliced up by the sleds, having hot chocolate at the bottom to rise back up was also really fun. Nice work :)

Swinging around with the grapple hook was so fun. Loved that there were some good levels that encouraged me to use it more. Kicking also felt great and I loved that it gave me more slickness. Super cool :)

Really loved how much variety is in this game. I spent heaps of time thinking about the order / combination of weapons I'd give the player and how that would work with the passive buffs I bought after each level. Super slick game, nice work :)

Your game has a really good flow and feel. It felt really engaging to constantly be getting upgrades and going through waves. Great work :)

Driving in this game feels great, one of my wheels popped off and I couldn't turn left anymore so good! Feeling very slick right now :)

Hi all! Because there was no place to put how it fits the theme, the game is a take on the Reptilian shapeshifting conspiracy theory. Where there are aliens disguised as us which are here to take over the planet. :)

There's so much in this game ! Once I got the hang of it I found myself playing for a lot longer than I expected. It feels really fun to approve or deny people with the signature and stamp. I liked that there's help everywhere in the game and there's a list of recipes for you to create. Wish there was more space because I wanted to create a million little factories haha. Nice work :)

I was expecting a cute cozy game but that's definitely not what I got haha. Love the visuals and random objects/animals that you're given to stack up, that made the game feel really chaotic and unique. The song is also a perfect choice haha. Nice work :)

Loved the dialogue and frantic gameplay. This is super polished, the screen shake, sounds and visual affects you added make the game feel really tense. This was super satisfying to beat. Great work :)

I love how simple the game is, it's very easy to understand and the game leads you to come up with different strategies to keep the boxes stacked each run. I like that it leads to a chaos and it's really simple to restart and try again. I love challenging arcade like games so I really enjoyed it nice work :)

I love the way this game looks, it's super satisfying to explode the mushrooms and I love the benefit / curse system. Nice work :)

This is a really funny concept for a game. The game feels super polished to play and I love how the lil guy explodes into 1 million pieces when he dies. Nice work :)
