Nice pixel art, although I felt like the pixel scale was not consistent everywhere, but most people would probably pay no attention to it. Gameplay gets addictive fast with the level ups and music. I would probably use less fonts though. Fun game!

I really liked the game! Upgrading things always makes me happy in any game. I finished it in 514 seconds. Great job, well done!
Wonderful pixel art as always, the glowing pumpkins in particular looked amazing. The game was very polished overall, although I did have an issue picking up the clothing items sometimes (I'd have to move away and back onto them). Also I think I'd prefer the digging/chopping to be a manual process rather than a timer, but that's a very minor nitpick. Amazing job!
Also I laughed at the meta-commentary on the Black and White theme :D
Yeah, I turned off the collision so the item could 'land' and it led to two separate minor bugs :D
1. OnCollisionEnter2D is triggered, which sometimes makes the item help 'dig' another object, which is hilarious, and
2. Sometimes the collection bugs out.

This looks great, with a lot of content too! The lighting and pixel art compliment each other. Never thought digging up graves would be fun (o v o ;). Loved the little easter eggs (your mascot was in one of the trees and the text spelt with the grass). I noticed also that there was a slight delay with the pickups but that might just be me. (off topic: the ending reminds me of GoNNER 2 lol)
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I had a lot of fun dabbling with the lighting. It's something so minor that changes a game's feel instantly.
I'll start with things that i like. Tiny rat that may fell from graveyard or tree; Sound design; Pixel art is good ngl; Improvements that i think would make this game better: some minigame to dig or chop a tree since just standing nearby is kind of boring for me. And also I would like to see things I found on my character, not only in the top left corner. Anyway game looks good to kill some time.

Glad you liked it! I modified an older tile set I made and added quite a few new assets. I think the lighting helps a ton.
