Cool Flappy-Bird clone with a horror-twist that I'm way too shit to play. This is literally a skill-issue which I acknowledge to be the case, this game's not made for me
The only complaint I have is that this game cannot be paused and has to be killed with control F4. But other than that, neat stuff!

Really enjoyed the weird TV-static horror loop of your game, it feels like it’s riding exactly in the jam’s spooky zone. I ran into a bug where after the second channel glitch the “Press key to resume” prompt didn’t appear and I was stuck waiting. A suggestion: maybe include a small visual pulse or border flashing when the glitch ends to give clear feedback-that signal makes the jump feel more satisfying.
If you’ve got a moment, I’d love it if you checked out my game and dropped a rating: https://itch.io/jam/gamedevtv-halloween-jam-2025/rate/3971977
Cool style, more advance and easier version of flappy bird. Nice music, kinda sad it wasn't connected to halloween much, but it was a good play!
11/10 though i might've rage quit at 2:38 get a mobile port and phones will go flying just like flappy bird did lol really fun though great work!
I liked it the helicopter game part gave me some old school vibes.
I don't know if intended or not but even when tuning the antenna's both to green the screen stayed noicey for me which with the size of the game made it practically impossible to keep playing. I do like how you incorporated the theme in to your game
And last a little pet peeve of mine, When joining a game jam its best to upload a web build it makes that more people play your game as it is more accessible. Now i have to download, extract ,wait for windows to tell me its ok, virus scan and then start it which is a lot of overhead if you just want to rate some games. I understand its not always possible, but most engines have a web export
Huh. Once you tune the two antennae and the knob, it should clear up. Maybe there's a bug there or something.
As for the web upload, I sort of neglected it because I had some issues getting it to work. And from past experience, having an unplayable web build could be almost as big a problem as having to unzip it. Granted, I use the Itch App now, and it only takes a few seconds to download games on Itch since it's a single press of the "Install" button. Me being used to that might have also added to the neglect, now that I think about it. lol
wow this was difficult at the start while you were getting the hang of it but once you get it its fun. I loved the look and feel and all the nice touches with the tuning, the instructions etc. Great look, feel and sound. Great job and well done.
The best game I played so far (5 stars) :) You captured the theme very creatively. Almost everything is implemented perfectly. It's fun and challenging, very well done!
The switch up of the music, arms and the static amp up the tension in a nice way
Very stylish easy pick up and play, music is bangin' too. Controls just feel a little too unprecise though for me, but overall I enjoy this game!
I tweeked the controls a ton while working on it, as well as the levels. It was a hard choice to balance it right. Would I say it was balanced enough? Probably not. lol
Some of the later stages do get pretty precise too.
I had a bit of a rule, if I couldn't do it 1/10 times for the first few stages, and 1/20 for the later ones, I made it easier by widening the gaps.
The funniest thing is that the last section was the simplest to make, but the most difficult to play.
Just keeping a steady altitude was a massive challenge, and the last level tested that.
I guess everything is fasinating! Graphics and style is so cool, I love it. Really good job! Especially making this game alone. 5 of 5
I think you killed it! This is great. I think you captured the setting very well. It feels like you are in a bedroom playing a game you just can't put down.
And I really like the music and how you modulate it during the tuning part. Builds a nice tension
This is super fun and creative! The tuning mechanic took a while to figure out, but I think I got it now. My favorite part I think was the music though. It was a bop imo.
Great approach to the theme! A bit difficult, but yet very fun! Loved the tunning mechanic. Congrats!
