Beat it in 575 seconds. The thalassophobia is real - I got bioshock vibes from the atmosphere. Really impressive.
Pretty nice game, the atmosphere you created was terrifying but also oddly satisfying through the sound.
Crazy that you managed to do that in 7 days.
It was crazy indeed, thank you :)
this game is pretty good i loved playing this game. the environment, sound, lighting and that glow-fish everything was perfect. excellent work by making this game.
Overall, pretty solid game! The fish did a good job of making me nervous while also trying to play around it. I was confused at specific points, mainly because I didn't realize I could surface on the broader water areas, but that's probably on me! Aside from that, I enjoyed the game quite a bit. Great job!
Man the Angler fish had me anxious. lmao good job!
Neat game! Made it to the end. Not at all a fan of those angler fish, in the way intended! Definitely spooky
Nice game, very well tuned with the pacing and the atmosphere. The fish was indeed very scary! (outer wilds memories of Vietnam)
Holy crap, that fish was scary. diving underwater for the first few times had my heart racing. Although once you figured out the fish AI, it was fairly easy to avoid, thus causing the horror to drop a bit. I really enjoyed this one!
Very breathtaking experience! Love the aesthetic and lowpoly environment. Good game!
Very well crafted game, I found the enemy to be quite scary when following me. Visually it looks stunning as well. Made it to the ending, would have liked when the logs found throughout foreshadowed that ending more by getting more cryptic beforehand. But that is just nitpicking. Great game!
This game is genuinely terrifying. The horror atmosphere created by the pixel shader is incredibly effective and very well-polished. Furthermore, the background music and sound effects significantly enhance the feeling of dread. Overall, I absolutely love the entire vibe of this game.
P.S. If you get a chance, don't forget to check out my game too~

Wow, this was tense! What a great experience to pull off in such a short time. Loved the heart beat sound, and how the monster got introduced. Definitely appreciated the save points too haha. Great experience overall!
Whoa, that's a lot of work for such a short jam! Nice job! Btw I kept your fish in a tank🤣
Love the graphics. Solid soundscape, too. Controls are smooth and intuitive.
I have to say... that
giant anglerfishwas extremely NOPE. 😬Never button smashed my E with my passion and fear before. Thank you for making me fear a fish when I've been craving sushi myself. Great game
lol thanks for playing!
Very polished, great graphics and audio and overall gamefeel. Pretty scary too, it definitely felt like you were going into the monster's world when you went underwater.
Holy smokes, this is a good one. The graphics, the sound design, the diving mechanics. This one feels so polished, it's really astonishing for a game jam project. Also this is exactly the kind of horror that gets my pulse racing (I don't like the open sea :,)). All in all a fantastic project! You can really be proud of yourselfes.
Thanks so much! Lots of hours went into it!
Congratulations on the project, colleague! An excellent game for this game jam, I liked it.
