Very clever use of the theme. Great level design, graphics and music. Loved the color scheme.
Such a cute game that used the theme in a really cool way :D I love the visuals! I agree that it did get pretty difficult with such a short timer and sensitive keys to advance in the game, but maybe I'm also just really bad at platformers lol. Would love to see a volume slider if you continue to update the game!
I loved how you interpreted the theme!! The audio and visuals blended perfectly together, this scratched a mario speedrunning itch that I didn't know I had.
It was super fun to zoom around as a ghost outside of the pumpkin, and I loved how you switched the opacity of the clouds and the ground between the life and death states. I struggled a bit to know where to go next when I got to the cloud maze, but I also enjoyed replaying it again with a bit more knowledge the next time.
Overall really nice job!
Cute graphics and music. I like the concept of zapping from pumpkin to pumpkin.
For me the difficulty ramped up too fast. I simply could not get past the fog tunnel where you have to pick up yellow seeds(?) to extend the ghost timer. The ghost was moving too fast and the timer was too tight.
Also, the parallax is great but I think you should lock the vertical movement or significantly reduce it, as it was causing a bit of nausea.
Still, lovely concept. Well done!

Was quite hard to play, but fun. I wish the pumpkin guy jumped faster: it's really frustrating that half of the time I jump I cannot reach the platform.
The idea is cool though
Yeah there's some jumps where you need to jump from the edge and hold space the entire time, but there's coyote time to help you. You can also hold shift to move faster but I forgot to mention that in the controls section.
I had so much trouble at the beginning because I thought I had to go down LMAO but before giving up I saw all the comments from the squashmasters and realized Im stupid lol great game!
Squash master here! Holy moly, the controls as the ghost definitely took me a moment to get used to, and I hate to think how many times I died trying to make that last jump onto the spikes :D . Fun idea though, and the music fit well. Good game!
