Great visuals, and probably the best music I've heard this jam.

The GameThing having battery probably should've been mentioned (which it might've there was just too much text), I thought it was a bug.

Also, the day is waaaaaaaaay too long. I get that maybe you want the player to relate to the worker in game, but that was too tedious for me to play after Day 2.

It was indeed mentioned in the dialogue. And I probably should have made the days shorter so that they can get to the later levels and since so many people were complaining about that…

very very cool game! I got fired a bunch of times before i finally figured it out

The art is insane!! My brain’s melting trying to control each hand differently, but I can’t stop playing.

Incredible polish and super original idea! The slowed music, controls, and eye blinking visuals indicating low energy work so well to communicate the idea of falling asleep on the job. Unfortunately (probably due to sleep deprivation from the jam) it actually makes me sleepy while playing haha! Superb job!

I love the narrative and the art style is quite nice as well! Unfortunately, the gameplay itself becomes repetitive pretty quickly

Major creation! Super intuitive play, lots of silly, I absolutely adore.

Art direction is on top. The overall concept is simple & super efficient ! That's all i like !

Such a unique concept, art and gameplay loop! Definitely one of the most polished and stand-out games from the jam I’ve played so far. I like how everything slows down when low on energy, and that the hand stops being responsive – I start panicking trying to desperately connect pieces and pull out the GameThing xD One-of-a-kind experience! Sadly, didn’t get past Day 5 c’: Well done on the game!

You’re amazing for sticking through all the way to Day 5! (By the comments it seems to me that many people get bored of the game very early on…) After Day 5 it’s just endless mode since I didn’t have time to add new content there (besides a bit of new dialogue on Days 6 and 7) so you didn’t miss out on much. Thank you for the kind words!

Thank you! It’s true the days could be a tad bit shorter. But I liked the tension and wanted to see what Boss Day was like xD I was not disappointed, it was fun to get even more frantic about falling asleep while the boss is there. I was like, “go away please! I need to game!” Again, one-of-a-kind experience :D

Love the art style of this game, very polished experience.

Super polished! Nice work. You have very nice art skills! The game is a bit long, so I couldn't experience all of the aspects, but I think it is an awesome game nevertheless! I must say though, work gets quite redundant once my precious GameThingTM dies...

Is this inspired by What Remains of Edith Finch fish scene? Though I don't think flappy cog is the most engaging thing ever XD. Pixel art looks so gorgeous I wish corpo would look like this

I think I had some distant memory of watching gameplay from that which led to my idea. And I did plan to add more games (as seen in the last page of the shop) but obviously time restrictions. I chose to make a Flappy Bird clone as it was easy to make and forced the player to focus on it (unable to just be idle). I hope you enjoyed the game (or tried to) nonetheless!

That is such a powerful sequence. but in the og game there is not a lot of gameplay tbh

This game looks super polished! Really well done!

Loved the game, loved the vibe. It was a nice touche to make the hand move slower the more tired you get. First I thought there was some problem with my mouse.

Very impressive visuals and music, reminds me a lot of Papers Please! Everything feels so cohesive. And integrating the tutorial into the narrative so cleanly is such a good idea!

Something about assembling the pieces on the production line feels so satisfying, but the days felt too long and I got bored of the first day after a little while. Maybe that was intentional to make it feel like its a dull job? Also playing the GameThing also felt a bit clunkyas the buttons were uncomfortably far apart.

But overall this is a real gem of a game!

Cute, and cool art and great audio :)

The retro vibe is so good! Love the aesthetic and the idea of playing game to recover energy. Though the day time is a bit long, still feels cozy and satisfying.
