10/10 innovation! The puzzles and level design are brilliant, the world-building created by the art style is also super interesting. Definitely has the potential to become a great narrative puzzle game!

The music, the lighting, the vibe... everything was so peaceful and ethereal, until I hit the spacebar. That jumping SFX literally made me laugh. Even though it broke the mood, it’s still pretty adorable.

Beat all levels! Such an innovative concept, and the level designs are very clever.

Love the wordplay and the theme. Truely Maidness!

Super addictive. I honestly want to spend all night grinding away and clearing those tiny meteors.

This is such a great typing trainer. When the day finally comes that I want to master numpad typing, I’m definitely coming back to this game.

This is an amazing first jam entry for a solo dev! Such an innovative and fun idea, and the pacing of the difficulty was smooth. I loved having those cute little messages keeping me company while I solved the puzzles.

We went through so many iterations hoping to introduce our mechanics to players bit by bit. There’s definitely still room for improvement, but I’m really glad to receive this feedback!

Level 8 is tricky. You’ve got to launch yourself at the wall on the right and aim high to avoid the spikes. The trick is that being right at the edge of the cliff gives you a much better height for sticking to the wall!

So glad to hear you pulled off the slingshot! Thanks for the feedback and kind words :D

We indeed aimed for counter-intuitive controls, but really hope it doesn't cross the line into being too counter-intuitive :'(

:D

Thanks for playing, I'll check it out soon!

A fun little game! For the glass room, it might be better to give the objects more specific descriptions or make them pop a bit more visually. It was a bit hard to find them without just clicking everywhere and hoping for the best.

Super polished! It's insane that you guys pulled off a game of this quality in just one week. Those hand-drawn animations for the characters and portals look amazing. Big fan of Pizza Island!

The elevator design is so cool, using that paper-like sheet for the door. Seeing those weird aliens doing their weird activities when the doors open is so much fun. Also, I love the animation of me being eaten. 10/10 strange place.

I’m so curious about what these figures looked like before they were buried.

Being a fellow solo dev (though I teamed up for this one), I know how hard it is to build something from zero. Creating such a narrative and world-building on your own is a huge achievement. I absolutely love the story and visuals. Also, the music uses just a few elements to perfectly nail that mysterious winter vibe.

Hope you keep going with this!

The alien band is so cute! Making two songs in a week is very impressive. Love the theme so bad!

The theme and the vibe you built through the music and effects are truly great. My only issue is that the text is small and the grain effect obscures it quite a bit, so I had a tough time reading the subtitles. But overall an interesting game, great job!

Beyond the brilliant gameplay, I have to mention the world-building. Every map, platform, object, and character design feels like it belongs to a cohesive world. It’s not just a bunch of random assets thrown together to fill space. You can tell every single piece of art was created with its own intent. Great job!

Love the atmosphere and the voice acting! Felt like I'm in a space-themed sci-fi movie. Well done!

The hand-painted cutscene and character art are great. The theme is interesting, storytelling as well, definitely want to explore more places and see what's downstairs!

Such a neat concept, clearing the levels felt great and left me wanting more. My only complaint is that I finished it so quickly.

Thanks for such detailed feedback! It's great to hear that you had fun with the slingshot. That feeling of launching between gaps is indeed what we were aiming for.

This was my first attempt at surreal art, so your kind words really mean a lot. Thanks again for playing!

Thanks for playing, glad you like it :D

Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy was one of the titles we looked up to and referenced during the brainstorming stage. We are honored that our game reminds you of his work!

You pointed out a blind spot we hadn't considered. I am going to update the tutorial to make the difference between the two hands much clearer. Thanks for playing and for the helpful feedback!

Va! Va! Va!!

That cutscene animation and voice acting is CINEMATIC

The monster designs are really cute, but maybe adding a bit of feedback when hitting/being hit will let the game feel more punchy!

This is a truly strange place! The design is so clever and the game is fantastic. The vivid narrative is definitely a highlight of this game. Well done!

Very neat concept! Took a while to get used to the controls, but overall a great game!

I can run WAY FASTER than my bullet!! Whee!!

Thanks for the kind words :D

Thanks for the feedback, it means a lot. That level selector tbh is some kind of bug-to-feaure product, but turns out it helps people to be able to go through our full game, so I kept it.

As for slingshot, think of your hands as the two ends of a slingshot, and your body as the projectile. The connection between them is elastic, so when you pull back and release your body, it snaps forward. If you release your anchored hands at that exact moment, goo will fly through the air!

I'll update a step-by-step tutorial about the slingshot mechanic in the game page to make things clear.

Hope this helps!

Imagine your hands are a slingshot and your body is the projectile. Pulling back builds up elastic tension. Once you release your body and let go of your hands at the right moment(e.g., slightly later after you release goo's body), you can launch goo forward! It's kinda tricky, though. I'll update a step-by-step tutorial later.

Hope this helps, thanks for playing!

Thanks, glad you liked it!

That coughing sound sounded so painful it actually made me feel like coughing too.

Such a creative concept! The falling actually feels weightless, though it seems like you can pretty much get through the whole game just by flipping gravity.
