Awesome idea about time loops!

Well done! :D

Nice gameplay. Nice Artwork!

I would love your rating to my game!

ok in the last level i phased through the ceiling and beat the level that way

Anyway, enjoyable puzzle game. It could be a little tedious sometimes, unfortunately. It was still really enjoyable though, mostly because of really intuitive mechanics and telegraphing.

The time loop mechanics were great and were utilized well.

There was one room I found a speedrun skip though, I believe it was the 3rd or 4th room where there's a switch overheard and a switch on the ground with a single box. I was able to jump on to the railing and move around the gate and reach the door.

Great work on this jam entry :)

I really liked your game —then I realized I’ve seen your video last year! Great game, 10/10!

Honestly, I'd love to hear your opinion about my game 👀

Nice mechanics and really well done puzzles. Made me think of the totk ability to rewind time. One suggestion would be showing the loop trajectory.

Really cool mechanics and pretty well design puzzles! The music and sfx were pretty nice too!

Nice game with a cool time loop mechanic! I love that the characters are skeletons and the goal is to get milk 😆. The puzzles were fun and well thought out; challenging enough that I didn't immediately figure them out, and not too hard that I got stuck on them for too long. After the time loop mechanic was introduced, I subconsciously started using right click instead of E to pick up and drop boxes, and kept using it once I noticed because I thought it was more convenient, so I appreciate that feature. The only complaint I really have is that I thought the repeated ringing sound got kind of annoying when I needed to keep an object in a loop for an extended amount of time, but I liked the other sound effects. All in all, great game!

Also, I watched your devlog from last year's jam (several times actually, haha). I really enjoyed seeing your development process, and it was a huge motivator and inspiration for me to try joining my first game jams, so thank you for that!

Neat seeming game, but for me at least, and not sure if anyone else had this happen, the camera was CONSTANTLY turning ever so slightly to the right, and made it terrible to play (Basically unplayable), also the game when turning with a box in your hand kind of slid you across the floor, which seems like a strange decision, but this game seems neat enough honestly, and just difficult enough to be fun!

Developer

Ah, sorry to hear that! I think the camera drifting bug happens to people with certain mice or browser versions, we're not sure exactly what causes it, only that it happens for a small portion of people. We didn't end up catching the bug before the jam ended since it hadn't randomly happened to us before then. Going into fullscreen mode fixes the issue from what I can tell. Sorry to hear it happened to you!

I believe I was playing in full screen mode the entire time which made the bug a bit worse due to so much more movement on screen, though other than that, the game seemed pretty fun, if not a bit challenging as well

Developer

Weird. I might go back and try to fix that after the jam, can I ask what browser you were using so I can see if I can reproduce it?

Submitted(+1)

Yes, I'm using Firefox as my browser modern version on Arch Linux, and just in case it is the mouse, which I don't believe it is, I use the Logitech G Pro Superlight V2

A very enjoyable game ! The levels were pretty clever, I think that its very interesting how many different and creative ways reversing time on an object were used to make interesting puzzles. I also liked the letter at the start, simple but effective in terms of conveying the severity of running out of milk XD

Nice work! I enjoyed the puzzles. The time loop sound effect was a bit grating after a while, and I had to turn my volume off, but I enjoyed it overall.

Haha this is really cool! We made such a similar game! Nice one guys

This time loop idea is awesome, and it made me feel very big brained when I figured out the solution to a puzzle. I appreciated the humorous tone. It almost felt like I was doing something I wasn't supposed to do when I was standing on boxes and moving myself around with the time loop, I would look down at the box while standing on it to keep myself from falling off.

Great work!

Awesome game guys. I loved the puzzles, they felt straight out of Legend of Zelda but not too derivative. The character felt pretty good to control and the art and music fit the game pretty well. I also appreciated the narrative, it gave me a good chuckle to discover that there really was milk at the end. My only minor frustration was that I died so many times on the spikes because I mistimed my walk onto or off of the platform, but that might have been intentionally designed.

Really nice puzzle game with an interesting loop mechanic. The puzzle difficulty is just right for a game jam like this. Great job!
