- Really quick and fun game with nice sounds and fun mechanics. The simple art is really quick to pick up and I absolutely love arcade style games like this! Things to note: The coin sounds and the jump sounds are a tad too sharp on the ears. Yes, chip-tune is a great choice for this sort of game, but it might be a good idea to muffle them just a little bit, just so they don't pierce the ears so much. The levels are far too short, maybe working on an infinitely generated level might be a good idea, since the lives don't really seem to matter too much, having infinite levels where you can go faster and faster could allow the player to infinitely climb the scoreboard to beat their friends and eventually set a record. This is a component that older arcade games use to keep the players engaged. All in all, really well done! Keep making cool things and keep up the good work!

Yes
Summarize your game!
The player automatically moves to the right and jumps with Spacebar. Each jump, your die is rolled. The rolled result determines how many times you can jump before hitting the ground again. Roll a four, and you can jump four times before landing.
Unused jumps stay in your pool, the roll adds up to that pool, to a maximum of 6.
Collect coins along the way to score points and reach the end of the level.
Please explain how your game fits the theme.
The entire game is played with Only One button (Spacebar to jump)

Fun game, I like the secret exits. Fun concept.
Such a cool and unique concept! I wish there was more to fiddle with. I also hoped for some kind of restriction on the jump collection maybe for challenge levels if you further develop this. Definitely challenging until you learn how to collect jumps just from jumping and landing over and over. Well done!
Really good platformer. Pretty good difficulty, it never really felt like a rage game but it was never too easy. Good job!
The RNG jumps felt like it'd be more frustrating than it really was, but you tended to accrue a bunch of jumps relatively quickly!
Loved the death effect of splattering, and that the spikes were d4s, and it was d10s or d20 enemies, hard to tell when moving fast. Fun idea, well executed.
Awesome idea. So simple, yet so difficult. Loved the choice in multiple pathways.
My score. The premise is cool on paper, but the number of jump I had ended up never being an issue. it seems you would need to be really unlucky to not be able to make certain jumps. Anyways good job
810, is how much I can score! Lore wise I just can't understand the hate that the d20 had for my d6... why... WHAT did D6 do wrong???
Really slick design, I enjoyed balancing making small jumps to build the stockpile with trying to find the highest scoring path through the level. Early on I found I was slightly panic-spamming the jump whenever there were obstacles/big jumps to contend with, but it clicked after a bit of practice! It was a bit tricky to keep track of each roll and my current total, so I tended to just keep rollin' rollin' rollin' whenever I got the chance.
Like the previous comment mentioned, I found I was sat on a stockpile of 6 jumps a good amount of time by the end - having something to spend them on, or more decisions in pathing to make, during the levels could really bring it all together.
Other than that, the art was really good, the music was fun and upbeat, and the variety in the level-design was cool! Great work!
Yeah, judging by the comments, I missed on the balance with the jump economy. I didn't want players losing because of two bad rolls and not having enough jumps, but I leaned too hard in that direction.
When I revisit the project I'm going to have a look at the balance and add bigger gaps, or paths for higher rewards that require a greater amount of your jump pool.
Thanks a lot for playing and the feedback!
Short and sweet! Music and graphics are good! Mechanics are intuitive. If I had any suggestions if you were to add more to the game, I'd say add a few bigger jumps in later levels, the first levels it's pretty easy to maintain 6 jumps most of the time. Or weight the dice roll so higher numbers are rarer? Did have a bug where I phased through the side of a dice platform.
the concept is great, i kept playing for a while and i really enjoyed the fact if you manage your jumps better, then you can go for the risky coin pickups! Well done
Fun little game! The mechanic felt a bit lost in how fast paced this was. I didn't really feel like I was thinking about how many jumps I had left. That being said I had fun as the level design was done really well. I got a 560!
Neat game! The game was a bit too fast-paced to really feel the "running out of jumps" part so it felt like a geometry dash with multiple jumps. I scored 450
Nice, really fun!
Reminded me a mixture or Geometry Dash and some kind of Flappy Bird)
Interesting idea with random number of jumps. But I've beaten the game for the first time without recognizing the random was even there — I didn't read the description initially, and it was hard for my eye to catch it while constantly running.
That makes sense, I definitely could've made that clearer through gameplay, maybe something for in the future. Thanks for the feedback!
This was fun! I enjoyed playing through. Very interesting idea with the Roll to Jump mechanic. :)
This game was really fun it reminded me of geometry dash. I love the double jump mechanic. I also loved how the enemies were other dice. scored 500.
I really like the feel of the game, which fell like a mix of a runner, and a try and die.
and even though I generally don't like to try and die, levels been sort here, it kind of make me want to replay the game.
So yeah, I really did enjoy the game.
(~850 on my second run btw)
Great job! I got a score of 770 :)
