Lovely and cute! Good level design, too! I love the atmosphere and art as well! Cute story and the limitation is well-used! I just wish there was an easier way to propel myself upwards, even if just a bit.

Wonderful work! I'll play more later, I don't have much time now.

Lovely game!

Felt very calming as I played it, the choice of art and music helped with that but my favourite part was the game’s pace. You did a really good job setting a pace that wasn’t too boring but wasn’t too fast.

Background and walls could use some more art, but for a one-weekend one-person jam this is already incredible! Well done!

Lovely game. Each level let's the player discover a new way to use the simple mechanics of the game. Also, i really like the the encouragements from  the friendly turtle.

Estuvo bueno, me gusta la manera en que presentas las mecanicas. Se entiende rapido que es lo que se debe hacer. Muy bueno

Very fun game! I played till the end and i really liked to play it!

Interesting concept! I liked the mechanics and the way each mechanic is introduced to the player was very well done, not too hand-holding. In contrast, I found the levels to be a bit simple, and thought that the mechanics weren't used to their fullest.

I liked it, it took me a while to realize it was a hook in the worm body, XD

Really cool! Interesting level design gradually introducing new mechanics. In level 3 (the one that introduces space key) when I reached the end of the level it still killed me. Small issue, amazing game anyways!

Thanks! Did you eventually manage to get to the next level? If not you can use Page Down to skip it

It was really easy to learn the game mechanics. Great job on teaching them in a very subtle way. Love the aquatic theme :)

I enjoyed the gameplay for this a lot! The invisible tutorials that taught you how the game works through playing it were really amazing! The only thing I would like from this game is for the environment art to have a similar level of detail to the characters. Keep up the great work!

This is my favorite submission. Great work!

cool game. I like the idea with bubbles, when you have to go down low to then fly high. but not too low so you don't die, it's cool to find balance.

Great mechanics put to use perfectly! And adorable tiny sailor hat!

This game reminds me a lot of the old flash game days. Best use of the limitation so far.

Short and sweet.

I like how the different mechanics are introduced, and how each level flows into the next. I like how you foreshadow future hazards like the red fish that you see early on in an unreachable part of the level - very well done.

This reminds be of the balloon levels from Mappy.

Some critiques.

  • The music is quite grating - this may just be a 'me problem', but if the game was longer than a couple minutes, I probably would have turned off the sound.
  • In general, more sound effects would be nice. It would help sell the underwater vibe.
  • I would like to see some more variety in movement, both in the player character, and the creatures/hazards around you. Adding some acceleration/momentum and some animations to the creatures' movement would go a long way.

Disregard that first critique. I had an audio issue with my headset that was compressing all sounds.

The music is actually quite good.
