Very nice game! A little improvement and the game would be great.I enjoyed playing it. All the best and Good luck! Do check out our game we need the feedback! - https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-3/rate/574293
This is such a cool idea! The mechanic of racing to collect pickups is simple, but you add a lot of complexity with these portals. I played alone, so I had to bounce back and forth between the controls to test it out, but I think I’m going to save this and have a friend play it with me soon. The controls feel really smooth and fair and the art is really pretty. Great job on this. You should add online multiplayer; I think people would really like this. Mobile would be great for this I think.
Here’s my game if you want to check it out. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-3/rate/572795
A pretty okay game, a bit too bad you didn't take the risk of playing around the theme. Designing for two players in mind is a bit challenging, don't worry, I went through that a lot too ^^
Be careful though, your tutorial UI is expanding out of the edges of the screen. Nice job :)
[SUMMARY] 📊
Planet Earth vs Wild Planet is an interesting 2 player addition to the game jam.
[GAME DESIGN] 🎲
- The Good: Designing for two players is always a challenge, and this has been done well!
- The Bad: I just wih there'd been more mechanics or different levels. I think the idea has potential and has only been explored a bit.
- My Advice: Keep making games! I'm sure you learned a lot from this jam and the game design seems a bit suffocated from trying to finish the game on time. You'll get better at this!
[FUN] 🤣
- The Good: Excellent use of particles and very nice movement feel. The funny faces also help :)
- The Bad: Bottlenecked by a lack of polish and depth on the game design side.
- My Advice: It's honestly very well made. Maybe a bit of screenshake could help?
[INNOVATION] 💡
- The Good: Very original concept.
- The Bad: Bottlenecked again by a general lack of depth. Wish you had more time to develop the idea further!
- My Advice: Portals are a bit overdone, especially the blue / orange color could look a bit derivative.
[THEME]📖
- The Good: -
- The Bad: Not even mentioned in the game backstory!
- My Advice: Don't be afraid of the theme! It can be a very enriching experience to constrain yourself to an idea.
[GRAPHICS]🎨
- The Good: Consistent and well done.
- The Bad: The menus need a bit of love.
- My Advice: Menus can be started earlier! Don't rush to finish them on the last minutes, it'll be worth it! People notice them!
[AUDIO]🔊
- The Good: It has music!
- The Bad: Lacks sound effects.
- My Advice: Go with bfxt.net if you need quick sound effects!
[FINAL RATING] 🥇
Overall, a good entry to the jam. The 2 player mechanic, the solid graphics and the nice particle effects give it a good score!

I didn't expect it to be local multiplayer, that's great! Sadly I was only able to test it on my own so I can't tell how the whole experience with two people feels, but the game is really nice! Love the cartoony style of planets and the audio, the movement of Earth is really smooth and intuitive.
Is there a reason for earth controls to be distributed over the keyboeard like that? I think it might be better if you used "W" as forward or move the rotation to left and right arrow keys. It might be just me, but having full movement control with just one hand feels better and easier.
Hope you manage to put some more levels with some obstacles in there, nice work!!
good game there! it was fun. i just think that the player who has the mouse always wins lol don't you think? like he always sees where planer earth is going and can lead it to the wall! what i suggest is adding a timer for clicks of the player who has the wild planet so he can't click always, maybe wait 2s after one click. i love the music it's so thrilling. good job man :) i congratulate you.
Really fun game xD, had so much fun playing it with my brother xD
Really nice and unique game! I had fun playing and the controls are great! One problem is that the earth never wins (but maybe I just can't play xD). Graphics were very nice but I had no music (or it just didn't play). All in all really nice game and I like it!
I Liked your game very much :D Very fun to play and the art and music is really nice!
Great game! as a local multiplayer dev myself I appreciate the asymmetry to it :)
Very cool game !
It shows that you're beginning with Unity but you managed well the scope and the gameplay, with very nice feedbacks (particles, camera shake..) that's super important !
What I'll do to improve it : Make the UI responsive (using the Canvas Scaler of your main canvas), so the game windows can be easily resized. And make the Earth propeller particles follow it but not as a child, so it won't rotate with it unnaturally.
very good idea
I like the game play but you need more work on other parts of the game
Great work
