A really unique interpretation of the theme and enjoyed figuring out what to attach next. Thank you so much for participating in the jam!

To be honest, I couldn't place anything on the tree. I don't know why; I tried all the buttons.
Weird and fun idea for a game, the vibe set by the music and visuals is a mix of strange and chill and i'm here for it! Things I would change:
- The hand writing looks clunky. The rest of the hand drawn sprites are great but the writing lowers the overall polishof the game. I get it that it might be tough to find a font that matches the estethic but I would recommend it next time.
- I would rather have all the components on screen HUD rather than in separate popups. Less windows player has to open to do something is allways better. You have a lot of components - true, but you could get away with some kind of scrollable sellect at the bottom of the screen. Or less parts maybe.
Great submission overall! :), Plese checkout our game :).
Really clever use of the theme. Love how the tree runs on a dedicated solar power.
I very chill tree building game! I liked the main mechanic, and the unlock mechanism. It's a shame there is a cap on the height of tree, I was aiming to build something massive and ran out of space.
Cool idea. The "expand concept" is really creative and it's kinda relaxing
Very nice idea, with a nice incremental/idle game concept too, and quite relaxing too (also thanks to the music, great choice).
I have a couple of suggestions for polishing if you want to "expand" the game further:
- Zoom out (to see the tree fully)
- Make it clear that you can't add branches to the main trunk (it took me a while to understand where I could place a branch when I had no S-T or R-T trunk, and I actually couldn't place it anywhere): maybe change the color of the ball of the trunk with another color to indicate that only trunk go there, and also add some instructions.
- Add tooltips or tutorial texts appearing when you click somewhere to place something but you can't place it, with instructions explaining why you can't.
- Add an "energy per second" and "oxygen per second" indication or maybe progress bars filling up gradually over time and giving you resources based on the solar panel and branches you have.
Overall, the concept is nice for an idler game, or an incremental game, with a little bit of polish it could be a cool game to leave in the background while I do other stuff on my PC, good job :D
Hey, Yarheeguy! I thought that the game had a great interpretation of the theme, but could definitely do with a tutorial. The first thing I did was open the 'attach branch' tab and I was confused as to how to actually build the tree for a while before figuring it out. I think that being able to see your energy while in the shop would also be a nice addition. Other than that, I found the game to be pretty relaxing and enjoyable. If you find the time, please check out my game!
