still searching!

C# programmer and game designer looking for a team!

Feel free to message me on Discord: @ecler

I loved it! I'm shocked—it's the first game, but it's so cool!

The graphics go well together, and I already mentioned somewhere that I don't like sharp animations—I liked the intro and the animations in the game!

It's wonderful, one of my favorites on Jam!

hey everyone again!

I was finally able to play all your projects, but unfortunately there were some problems because I use macOS and games that are only available for Windows give me a lot of trouble with Wine and Bottles.

If I missed something, please let me know! I'm always happy to rate you — I can notice you faster if you just rate my game. I see notifications almost immediately and go to rate yours!
so many great games

just a good game. nothing to say! polished with cool features! totally recommended to play!

so cute artwork :3 tere are a few issues, but I think all the comments have covered them pretty well! The vibe of this game is very cool (but for me little scary 0-0)

—top marks for that! It's a fun game.

Hi! I liked your game! It's like a search game, but in 3D! The climbing mechanics reminded me of PEAK and Human Fall Flat — simple but at the same time quite funny :)

The graphics for such a game are beautiful, not overloaded with low-poly but I also think that chromatic aberration was unnecessary and slightly spoils the aesthetics :(

I liked the entry!

also, i liked changing colors mechanic! so challenging

So cute and very aesthetic platformer! art style is cozy and "warm".  fun & little game!! thanks for this cute game :3

It looks impressive! The graphics and Christmas atmosphere are just great, and the voiced clips are SO COOL for a week-long jam! The main things that could be improved are the feedback (specifically regarding the flashlight and the number of elves left) and the jumps, but overall the game looks really cool!!

Hello!

I liked the concept (as mentioned earlier) but also the implementation, the game seems to be polished to perfection, and it feels like I'm playing a demo on Steam, it's that cool)

I'm not a fan of jerky animations, and I really liked the smoothness of the whole game. The only thing is, I'm not sure that the special object is that important in this game, but I think the task has been accomplished nonetheless — I give this game a good rating!

heey! rated your game with some feedback!
it would be grateful if you rate my game

(i VERY LIKED your game! and also... do you planning adding new content when jam ends? waiting for updates! :3)

But don't think that this post is harshly criticizing your work—I think that for a week and for beginners (even for me, with 3yrs of development), it's a lot of work. It's just that English isn't my primary language, and my message may have seemed rude even though it wasn't meant to be :3

I would be grateful if you would also rate my game, if you haven't already!

Hello! I enjoyed your game—it hooked me. I love games like this.
The game feels incredibly polished—it's very cool, and the animations really blew me away. It's literally a wonderful game, like I'm playing a game from Steam.

A few minor comments (they're small, I'm sometimes picky)
- It was quite difficult to read the text on the cards :(
- Sometimes the cards didn't work the first time I tried them.
but this is a minor, the game still VERY FRESH and i think this is best jam project!!

best game loop! super little and, santa is cute 3> it reminds me someone game that i played back in 2019 but cant remember haha! really cool and SIMPLE concept, big respect to you!
it would be grateful if you play game and write your feedback!

hey!  game was fun! art is so aesthetics, i love how game is polished and music is so cool!

HELLO!

I liked the idea of the bell turning the walls around and the cute star greeting us at the beginning :)

I would like to say that the game could still be polished up a bit—the wall textures sometimes overlap slightly (which is just me nitpicking, it doesn't really affect the gameplay), the fog, and something like a slight fade-in when we start the game—perfect!
very great for first jam!!

I remember my first jam... it was awful, your work for your first jam is incredibly impressive and that's really cool, a good start.

played & rated!

Hello!!
it was really fun playing your game! I rarely play platformers, but honestly, this one is really good. I liked that we only get the bell when we dare to walk in the dark.
Also, the game starts almost instantly. That's a pretty big bonus.

wow! thank you so much, I've never seen anyone review my games on video before!

thanks!

and VERY BIG thanks for the feedback—I'll definitely add that in the update.

thanks for advice!

The weak point in the game is the audio. Unfortunately, I have pretty poor sound perception in games, so this part is lacking, but I can say that in the update I will try to “refresh” all the sounds.

Thaanks! added try again btn and, looped music track (silly me huh)
your score higher than mine!

thanks! and thanks for advice, it's my first 2d project so i really don't know about all 2d features. fixed this in new update! (coming soon)

rated your game!

Hello!

First of all, a HUGE THANK YOU for the macOS version. Back when I was making the game on Jam, I made all three builds for mac, Linux, and Windows, which reached a very large audience. Now, I myself have been forced to switch to this OS, and I am surprised that out of 90 projects, only 6 support macOS. I can quickly download the game, quickly review it, study it, and also find out the level of optimization. Much respect for that.

I liked the concept—the game honestly captivated me, and even though I was losing, I still wanted to get to the end—not on the first try, but I did it! The gameplay is addictive, and 3D worked wonderfully for this idea; you can't really develop such an idea in 2D (in my opinion), so choosing 3D is also a big plus!

I would like to say that it's better not to have tutorials and explanations in the game in continuous text before you start. The problem is that many people will either skip it or not read it and try to “figure it out for themselves.” Unfortunately, this is the reality of game development these days. The font is also not particularly suitable, since the tutorial is an important part of the game, and I would still like the font to be more readable.

In general, the game hooked me, the gameplay and concept are wonderful! The implementation is also great! The graphics are more than decent! Thank you for the game)

hey everyone!
this is my game - https://itch.io/jam/jame-gam-christmas-edition/rate/4143231
I can rate any game, with feedback and give some advices! if i rate yours - it's highly appreciated if you rate mine!

concept is great! liked the implementation of special object! little advice: maybe it's just for me, but game is little hard :) but this is not a big problem, game is still cool!!

Art style is so aesthetic! I liked the concept, ironically, but it's almost similar to what I wanted to do at the beginning and changed my mind about. I thought I wouldn't find similar games, but you know, I really liked your idea much more than my concept.

(P.S. We still need a cooldown on the bell.)

I would be grateful if you would rate my game!

(I also liked the monster sounds. Where did you get them? Honestly, they scared me the MOST. Well done, sound designer!)

Hi! I liked the art in the game, the atmosphere, and honestly, the monster scared me 0-0.I would like to point out that at first, I didn't really understand what to do, but then I was able to get into it :3
Great job!

uh, maybe something with aspect ratios again, thanks, update is on way!

THAANKS! totally agree with you about sounds, so update is on way!

thanks! I think it’s cute :3 how about your highscore? Mine is 2600!

actually many people getting “you lose” so I thinking about making game easier. thanks for review!!!

thanks! I forgot to put bell on higher layer, so.. bell exist in the game with animations but we doesn’t see it. thank for reminding 😅

I didn't expect there would be games like this :) unrealistically cool idea, writing words to move around. The graphics are not perfect, but I liked it!

just downloaded the game, and its works perfectly for me. It doesn’t starting or throws an error?

Good game! I liked the boomerang gun.

very cool artwork!

if you don't read the description, the gameplay can seem a bit boring, and honestly, I didn't initially understand what the polarity mechanics were in this game.
