Hi!! I really liked the game itself, a little long gameplay but for me it's okay (i think); honestly, its aesthetics and art style remind me of Pizza Tower. The idea of using a computer instead of the usual UI controls is cool, it adds somethin' unique to the game, and I’d recommend a cosmetic change - like marking the boundaries of the map with a fence or something; it would look more balanced :)
Hi! I have some pretty bad news about your game - I wasn’t able to play it all the way through. In a regular WebGL window, I just can’t see the rest of the game, and all I can do is sit down and collect chairs. Let me know when you update it so I can give it another try. The good thing I can say right now is that the art style is really cute and cool!
Hi! First of all, a huge thank you for letting make the sound volume setting!! I haven't seen this in many games here; it's a rarity.
The game doesn't really explore the farm theme very deeply, and
I'd like to point out one problem - it takes some time to get the hang of the gameplay. Of course, everything becomes clear eventually, but there are some initial difficulties
A small text box could fix this problem! If you release an update, please let me know and I will change my rating
What’s good about this game (what I personally liked) is the art style - its consistent, and that makes a HUGE difference in how the gameplay feels
hey everyone again!
I was finally able to play all your projects, but unfortunately there were some problems because I use macOS and games that are only available for Windows give me a lot of trouble with Wine and Bottles.
If I missed something, please let me know! I'm always happy to rate you — I can notice you faster if you just rate my game. I see notifications almost immediately and go to rate yours!
so many great games
Hi! I liked your game! It's like a search game, but in 3D! The climbing mechanics reminded me of PEAK and Human Fall Flat — simple but at the same time quite funny :)
The graphics for such a game are beautiful, not overloaded with low-poly but I also think that chromatic aberration was unnecessary and slightly spoils the aesthetics :(
I liked the entry!
It looks impressive! The graphics and Christmas atmosphere are just great, and the voiced clips are SO COOL for a week-long jam! The main things that could be improved are the feedback (specifically regarding the flashlight and the number of elves left) and the jumps, but overall the game looks really cool!!
Hello!
I liked the concept (as mentioned earlier) but also the implementation, the game seems to be polished to perfection, and it feels like I'm playing a demo on Steam, it's that cool)
I'm not a fan of jerky animations, and I really liked the smoothness of the whole game. The only thing is, I'm not sure that the special object is that important in this game, but I think the task has been accomplished nonetheless — I give this game a good rating!
But don't think that this post is harshly criticizing your work—I think that for a week and for beginners (even for me, with 3yrs of development), it's a lot of work. It's just that English isn't my primary language, and my message may have seemed rude even though it wasn't meant to be :3
I would be grateful if you would also rate my game, if you haven't already!
Hello! I enjoyed your game—it hooked me. I love games like this.
The game feels incredibly polished—it's very cool, and the animations really blew me away. It's literally a wonderful game, like I'm playing a game from Steam.
A few minor comments (they're small, I'm sometimes picky)
- It was quite difficult to read the text on the cards :(
- Sometimes the cards didn't work the first time I tried them.
but this is a minor, the game still VERY FRESH and i think this is best jam project!!
HELLO!
I liked the idea of the bell turning the walls around and the cute star greeting us at the beginning :)
I would like to say that the game could still be polished up a bit—the wall textures sometimes overlap slightly (which is just me nitpicking, it doesn't really affect the gameplay), the fog, and something like a slight fade-in when we start the game—perfect!
very great for first jam!!
I remember my first jam... it was awful, your work for your first jam is incredibly impressive and that's really cool, a good start.
Hello!
First of all, a HUGE THANK YOU for the macOS version. Back when I was making the game on Jam, I made all three builds for mac, Linux, and Windows, which reached a very large audience. Now, I myself have been forced to switch to this OS, and I am surprised that out of 90 projects, only 6 support macOS. I can quickly download the game, quickly review it, study it, and also find out the level of optimization. Much respect for that.
I liked the concept—the game honestly captivated me, and even though I was losing, I still wanted to get to the end—not on the first try, but I did it! The gameplay is addictive, and 3D worked wonderfully for this idea; you can't really develop such an idea in 2D (in my opinion), so choosing 3D is also a big plus!
I would like to say that it's better not to have tutorials and explanations in the game in continuous text before you start. The problem is that many people will either skip it or not read it and try to “figure it out for themselves.” Unfortunately, this is the reality of game development these days. The font is also not particularly suitable, since the tutorial is an important part of the game, and I would still like the font to be more readable.
In general, the game hooked me, the gameplay and concept are wonderful! The implementation is also great! The graphics are more than decent! Thank you for the game)
