Got stuck on the fourth level but overall good game. Love which paths I could take to get to E. Can’t wait to see future games.

This is AWESOME! Familiar but unique. I'm not very good at puzzle games but I was really insistent about seeing this one through. Visuals were so well done too, the little animation was a really special touch.

Wow great job!

Amazing implementation of the theme, really loved the idea, graphics looks cute too, would love to play more.

I'm usually not a fan of Sokoban-style puzzles, but this one's really well executed and the minimal artstyle feels intentional. Perhaps if your past clones were different colors depending on iteration it would help rethink your path if you get stuck, if the whole board is full of grey guys I won't be sure where I messed up.

Developer

Thanks so much for playing :) It was my first time doing my own art for a game so I'm very happy that most people liked it.

There are definitely some clarity problems that arise currently that I didn't have time to fix I actually wanted the character to have a different hat for each iteration for a bit of fun, but color is also a good suggestion. I also didn't find out a good way to indicate which button activates which door, so I thought about using colors there also

I love this concept, always a sucker for cool puzzle mechanics.  Great work on this.

This is such a cool Baba is You like. I was confused at first that you can actually go back on the ghosts until they become statues. But that's a really cool way for the player to have an "A-Ha" moment. Great amount of levels done too!

Developer

Thanks for playing :D was a bit inspired from Baba is You when I was thinking of how to make the graphics more "alive" so I made a shader that slightly emulates that feel, which was great for a gamejam since I could just apply the shader to all the sprites afterwards

I think the level where you go back on the ghost is also my favorite one,  and happy that it gave the A-Ha moment that I hoped it would :D

this might be my favourite out of all the games in this jam. the graphics are cute, the concept is simple but has huge potential, you introduce new mechanics at just the right pace, and the levels themselves feel just the right amount of challenging. it’s clear you have an understanding of how good puzzle design works :-)

You've made an amazing little puzzle game in such a short amount of time, great job! This is such a good mechanic that fits with the theme so well, and the puzzle designs are very well done and have very good level difficulty throughout.

Great game concept, it was fun and the challenge increased gradually, balanced puzzle.
