Thanks for letting me know.

Sorry about that!  I've made some new changes to dialogue system in an effort to reduce this issue.

Thank you for playing <3

This should be fixed in the latest version! There was a big memory leak on the upgrade page.

Thank you for playing!

I might play around some more with coin-coin collisions, for performance reasons I had to go without it for the time being.

Thank you so much for playing!  <3

Haha, maybe I need to explicitly tutorialize the Coin shop.  Thanks for playing!

What browser are you on?  This has been reported with Safari but I haven't replicated it with Firefox/Chrome so far.

Hah, nice!  I discovered this crash when you combine certain effects together and generate hundreds of coins at once.  Should be fixed in the next version.  :D

Sorry about that!  What browser were you using?  So far I've been unable to replicate this with Firefox or Chrome.

I plan to include many more resolutions down the road and support much smaller viewports.

This should be fixed!  Latest version allocates a bunch more memory for the game.

Thank you for playing!  I'll need to make that a bit clearer with tutorials.

Thank you so much for playing!  I believe this is an issue related specifically to the web version running out of memory.  The next update should address this.

You can click to skip text-rendering for dialogue boxes.  I've received a lot of feedback that the upgrade text boxes should render their information instantly so I'm implementing that change as well.

Thanks for playing anyway!  :)

Thanks for playing!  Sorry about the freezes - when does that occur for you?

As for saving, it isn't implemented for the playtest at the moment, apologies.  I plan to include it in the next version.

Saving is implemented!  :)

Sorry about that!  I haven't been able to replicate this - what browser are you using?

Edit: The latest update (v0.1.8) should hopefully resolve any dialogue issues!

Thank you so much!  I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thank you!

Thanks for playing!

Nice work.  Classic arcade style.

I love this concept, always a sucker for cool puzzle mechanics.  Great work on this.

Pretty fun, I like how fast the car is, makes approaching obstacles take a good reaction time.

Nice concept!  I love puzzle games, would absolutely play a fleshed out version of this with harder puzzles.

Awesome, haha.  Yeah coins are not well-optimized in this.  Should have batch-rendered them.  Honestly they probably don't even need to take manual collection but it gave me some extra mechanics to play with attachment wise.

Thanks for playing!

I like your subtly bitcrushed images, gave the game a nice creepy analogue horror feel.  Like the others, I was pretty lost at how to make the right choice of direction.

Your premise fits this theme well, great work.

Fun little text adventure, I had the same thought when I saw the theme for this one! I love this meta-narrative stuff, reminds me a bit of The Stanley Parable.  Good work.

Your game design is awesome.  Was pretty satisfying to kill the bats and then fling myself carefree destroying the walls.  Great work.

Nice work on the 3d assets here!  I think it just needs bit of spicing up with an extra mechanic, perhaps like a spiky fruit that you DON'T want to catch.

Now THIS is insane for 4 hours of dev time.  I think your implementation of these little roguelike elements is excellent.  Would be nice to have a little indicator on your box that reminds you with direction (horizontally) you're currently moving in.   Actually, when you hover a dice, you could get a "ghost" indicator that tells you where you'll end up if you use that die.

Getting a bunch of chests can quickly allow you to go infinite, but I am seriously impressed with this.

Simple but effective tile-based puzzle.  Pretty hard given how indistinct all the tiles are, well done!

Love a good puzzle game.  It was easy to do them first-try, but given the time constraints not a bad implementation.

Nice that you could implement a random generation mechanic in such a low amount of time.  I did have one level generate with the finish area like two blocks away from the start, so perhaps a minimum map size parameter would help with that.

Great work.

Love the visual style, and the soundtrack is also bangin.  I the cars need to slowly speed up over time to make it more challenging.  Nice work!

Nice job, especially on the assets! I found myself a bit confused on what I could do to avoid puking, but I did manage to win once somehow, aha.

Nice job!  It was quite easy to get a high score, I think having 5 "lives" probably wasn't necessary.  It might be more tense without them.  Great work again.

Appreciate your kind words, thanks for playing!

Thank you for your nice comments!

Thanks for playing, sorry it crashed for you!  Did you play the browser or the Windows version?

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing!  Agreed, wish I would have had time to implement some QoL features.

Yep, agreed.  Thank you!

Agreed.  Thanks for playing.
