reporting briefly here from 172030 score territory: i was not expecting snowboard-tricks suwapyon. everything is lasers. please [REDACTED] my jump finger hurts just let me snowboard home to drink hot cocoa in peace pl e ase

My favourite moment of the game was when Cirno said "It's skiing time" and ski'd all over those Cirnos

The game is very neat and the gameplay mechanics are intriguing, but I feel like it's a bit frustrating to get through? The shots are hard to aim, and the powerups move toward you so slowly that it's easy to miss them by gaining momentum/speed. I would've loved for combos to be built up more quickly and shots to be more powerful and/or for more to spawn per trick. But as it is right now the game is charming and cool!

SkiFree let's go! Neat controls, though it was frustrating waiting for the right ramp/obstacle rng just so I could actually attack something.

Yooo is it that ski game with a yeti??
And all the extra Touhou touches too, it's incredible.

Pretty great gameplay. At first I just couldn't play well even after 10 tries. But 60 minutes in and I realized something. (Yes I played at least this long, it's surprisingly fun and intriguing)
I realized that I severely misunderstood the game flow. It was never about going fast, it was about tricking as best as possible (even braking often or climbing up a bit if necessary). Also kinda wish I noticed the game page's guide way earlier, this one's my bad.

Anyway the portraits are freaking amazing, and so are the songs. It's really fun to see the trick portraits popup (and the crashing portrait too)

EDIT:Played again just now: "Hold up - 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓨𝓮𝓽𝓲 had a second phase?? How many phases does it have, is it possible to shoot down 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓨𝓮𝓽𝓲?"
EDIT: Yay I defeated the Yeti! I really did NOT expect The Ancient Yeti, holy crap this Ancient Yeti is hard
I kinda want to defeat this Yeti but I'll have to fight the other Yeti again first and that takes time

We are hoping to do a post jam release at some point with a bit more forgiving continue system. Might even add some more bosses...  ^__^

Yeah, It's a bit hard to find a balance between going slow and being like a tank and moving faster and being actually able to dodge something.
Hah. Sadly we didn't have enough time to add ingame tutorial but I'll definitelly add one to the post jam release! When doing tricks just rememer to hold the jump button and release the trick before landing! Marisas powerpoint presentation might help with the tricks too!

Figuring out all the trick combos is fun! I played like 5 times but  my skill is too low to beat sicko mode Cirno

I appreciate all of the faceplants Marisa does when she gets hit, I don't appreciate all of these rocks though!!!

It was really fun playing as "Cirno". Certainly had a fun time doing cool tricks with "Cirno". Yes siree, nothing more fun than skiing with "Cirno".

This game is better than 1080° Snowboarding. I love the connection between snowboard tricks and danmaku. Even the ppt slides radiate Marisa's charm. This is the most "snowboarding" game out of the jam.

Really polished and nice, although I couldn't be bothered to play seriously enough for long enough to get the 100k score (or however many zeros there is supposed to be). A bit hard to aim your bullets, though, so the fight dragged on, but the escalated danmaku was nice to look at and fun to dodge while doing tricks, so it wasn't not fun. I wish the blue bullets tracked their target better (or maybe I didn't fill up all 3 parts of the trick with it properly?)

Yeah the mechanics are a bit hard to master and shootting is a little too random. :(

This is a game about...the thumbnail is a lie!

Anyway, it's a skiing Marisa(?) versus snowball with Danmaku game, if you like skiing and Danmaku, this is a fun game to try.

This game is pretty rad, I love the animations, I had a hard time figuring out how to do tricks but when I got the hang of it I was pretty satisfied! I was defeated by Cirno but I had fun

The pickups not being fast enough to catch up to you is a bit of a nuisance but I really like the idea in this game - maybe an indication of where you're aiming would be nice since it's a bit hard to tell when Marisa is facing forward.
