It's a good idea, but there wasn't a way to decide how much force you were hitting with which made it really hard to aim it. Otherwise it wasn't too bad. Nice obstacles, though I wondered about the T since I couldn't land on it or anything. I wonder if the next lvl was supposed to start at the next T but instead they just all started at the first T and you just had to go through all the obstacles to get to the new score pole. That could be a bug, for sure.

The T was supposed to be a checkpoint, I’m remaking the game and making it into a solo game of it’s own

Golf games are always fun. The movements are very smooth, which is important in this type of game. I would prefer if the whole course was visible from the start. Otherwise it is impossible to know how hard to hit the ball. Also some plants and decoration would not hurt. Good job!

Developer

That’s not a bad idea, but I am making a rage golf game. I will add plants to the next update.

the level got a bit too long at the end, and the controls felt too imprecise for the difficult platforming at the end, I had fun but it got too annoying

Developer(+1)

One of the few new changes that I’m adding is when you touch the goal, you start from the ex-goal(which is now a checkpoint). I am also making s0me glitches intentional, like the double jump and the club up slope glitches.

Thanks for playing Catelyn!

The game was fun, I liked the gameplay, though playing each part several times became more annoying than fun. Besides that it is a pretty fun game.

Developer

I’m actually planning to change some systems and make the game it’s very own rage game. Thanks for playing!

Great game. I spent a lot of time playing it and it felt like it progressed well. Level design was awesome and well thought out.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I an planning to expand it further so stick around!

This could really use some sound. The sounds of hitting the ball or having it bounce around would really add to the feel of the game.

Developer

I knew it! I was gonna add sound but I wanted to do another random entry(didn’t get to finish it though…) Thanks for playing!

Nice game, i like that each level was an extension of the previous one. Nice game mechanics too. Well done.

Developer

I used the theme “start small” as you start with a small difficulty curve and a small level. Thanks for playing!
