A really interesting aesthetic game, where you have this sort of zen chicken flying. I don't quite get why cave bats? seem to be the enemy, but it works regardless. Obviously, graphics and audio is great, but sound effect may add more to the fun, and a slightly better sense of control going up and down (those bats can really pull a fast one on you going up and down). Great job!

Wow, this might be the most aesthetically-pleasing chicken game I've ever played! Super stylish graphics and music. I kinda wish there was a little more variety to the gameplay but the difficulty scales nicely and it all feels very polished. Good job!

Wooo this is so prettyyy :3 Really like the aesthetic and music well done.

The gameplay is quite repetitive though, it could do with some different obstacles and powerups

The colors, the music, and the nature are very beautiful

A very cool and chill game. It really has good potential to be expanded into a full game!

Absolutely gorgeous game and the BGM is killer! Probably the best use of post processing I've seen so far. The core gameplay loop is fun, and I would love to see an expanded version with more variety someday! I have to ask though--what is this chicken doing up here with all these bats?? I need answers!! 😆

The graphic style is impressive! The post effect and the sprites work well together. The gameplay is well polished.

A simple menu (with just a "play" button and this beautiful background) would make your game perfect!

Good Job!

The visuals are gorgeous, I love the old TV style shader!

And the simple mechanics are really welcome too and add to the cosy lo-fi vibes atmosphere. Good work! :)

tysm!! Actually its not a shader, just unity postprocessing v2 stack with built-it render pipeline, i used bloom, color grading, lens distortion and vignette. Сolor grading has done a lot of important work to bring assets with different palettes and from different authors to the same visual style. I also wanted to add a pixel perfect camera, but it seemed to me that it creates a lot of noise on the screen and can cause discomfort to the players. I wanted the game to be as pleasing to the eye as possible.

There is a chicken and background music now. I'm not sure if the growing trees represent spring, but overall the game is quite frustrating, especially with the FPS issue (although I tried not to pay much attention to it). The game itself is pretty cool, but one thing I think needs improvement is the ability to go out of bounds vertically, as it disrupts the player's perspective too much. CONTINUE LIKE THAT !

Developer(+1)

thanks for your comment! Yes, it seemed to me that trees and grass would create a rather pleasant atmosphere of spring. After all, this is a rather broad concept, almost anything can be understood as spring, except perhaps for the direct manifestation of other seasons, for example, snow (winter), or rain (autumn). I'm sorry if my representation of spring was not believable enough for you. I fixed the FPS issue by optimizing the game a lot, now you shouldn't have any problems :3

I also fixed the problem with vertical out of screen borders, it seemed to me not very serious, but since several players wrote about it, I tried to fix it quickly! Can you please play again and give your feedback this time?

I just replayed it and honestly, I appreciate it even more now that I've noticed the detailed ambiance changing throughout the seasons. I have a lot more FPS, so honestly, I love your game!

It’s nice and it quickly makes adictif (I did 60) but there is a problem, as the camera is leaning, the player is sometimes off camera, otherwise nice game
