I loved the size mechanics, and the work on the drawings and sound was also great. Congratulations!

Oh my!  What in the heck was going on here?  Is there a different ending other than the helicopter?  I tried a few times and that was the same ending each time.  100% the feel of the game as far as platformers go was very well done.  You could take those same mechanics and make a much longer game. (given time of course) Nice job!!!!

Hello, thank you for the comment

Unfortunately, there is only one ending, I may add more endings and puzzles to the game as time goes on.

Lol! No score in "ScoreJam"? No leaderboard? Bullied by a helicopter? What just happened?

I love how the game encourages you to try again with the restart mechanic , well executed controls and minimalism fusion between level design and platformer challenge

I really enjoyed the experience

Well Done! I like the puzzle element this game holds, well done.

Simple - quick game. Great for a game jam. The movement felt a bit choppy.

Other wise good one!

My best score: -

Gameplay: 3

The mechanics were there, the game time was not. I liked how if you took the second upgrade without thinking, you would get stuck.  I loved the ending, getting slammed by a helicopter and then the quote along with screenshots of your desktop lol

Theme: 2

Not that matching with the theme, since its basically just the story that you are escaping, not the gameplay. Also no best score mechanic.

Aesthetics: 4

Assets work together, i like the ghost effect.

Sound: 3

Chill piano music, not much else.

Very simple game, if it was a bit longer it would have been great, keep up the great work:)

I didn't see the theme; however, it was an interesting concept, nice art, responsive game play, and soothing music - a very cool little game over all.

Thanks, In the game, you are trying to escape the forest (as I briefly mentioned in the description), Which Is how I implemented he theme.

Neat  and quick little idea! Not certain about the connection to the theme but otherwise nice!

Neat concept, but it was toooo short! Art and audio were good too.

Good idea and concept. I liked the gameplay moment when I had to ignore a collectible by jumping over an obstacle and coming back later. The concept is well suited to this sort of mechanic, if you plan on continuing the project it would be cool to design around it!

Would've loved some more sound effects generally. The game feels kinda quiet despite the piano (which I think was beautiful, but a bit too dramatic for the gameplay part) because of this.

The issue with the viewport somebody else mentioned is true! You definitely need to play in fullscreen.

I don't see too much connection with the escape theme, although I loved the encouraging quote at the end.

Keep up the good work!
