really solid work on the graphics:)

yeah i think i will add some kind of arrow or other detail on the front of the drone, i also sometimes get confused where the front is. Ty for playing:)

I like how the last level has a boss fight combined with the puzzle mechanics:)

The gameplay was ok for a jam game, the lack of sound is kinda bad though. also holy hell you arent lying about running out of time, 39 seconds before deadline lo

This is great for a first game:) Id suggest the ability to run, the walk back was pretty boring

(1 edit)

I didnt have any design in mind and i just came up with as i went so the game became pretty hard, for example originally the drone wasnt supposed to be destructible but i couldnt manage to get the drone to work with actual physics simulation, so i just made it explode if it collided with anything (because colliders dont work without physics lmao)

but glad to hear that you enjoyed it:)

I tried to make it into that sort of genre where the controls are intentionally very bad (for example I Am Bread) , but i guess they kind of fall into a middle ground where they arent absolutely horrible but also not the best:)

I love how you intentionally make the player bored with the minigame, i think it works well in this game jam since i want to play through your game completely before giving a rating, but i think the average normal player would just quit lol

my hearing is already bad and this game definitely doesnt help lmao

I can hear them now that im wearing better headphones, i guess i just didnt hear them or something lol

Pretty unique artstyle

Its pretty good for what it is, the only things missing are audio and maybe some kind of feedback when you hit the enemies (maybe some sort of particle effect?)

I feel like if killing enemies and the ui worked properly, and there was a option to not have the mouse input be inverted, this would be a ok jam game. Music and graphical elements were good. Theres definitely some good things here, keep learning and im sure you will someday succeed:)

i have no clue whats going on with the world ui, ig its one of the screen space elements messing with it, but i didn't spend any time trying to fix it because it somewhat works. Im not sure if the choppiness is actual lag or just something wrong with the camera controls, but I literally spent 0 seconds writing optimized code. I made the game without planning, and I realized 1 hour before submitting that I needed to get the player to talk to the door guy first so I just boxed the player next to the exit and prayed for the best:P

This is excellent and probably the best game out of all of these, the only things that you should try to fix is the camera constantly clipping and making dialogue skippable:)

At the start you need to look upwards and interact with the eyes. Of course, i managed to unintentionally add the stupidest design choice into my game, im pretty sure "never make the player look up" is like the #1 rule in level design...

at the start with the invisible colliders you need to look up and interact with the eyes, originally i was going to have the camera just turn towards them automatically but at the end my code was so horrible that i couldnt be bothered:P

Reminds me of those weird "windows desktop" flash games i played when i was 9, very good👍

music was good, art was good, felt like an actual proper game:) The untested level says that it has a coin but it doesnt so i was left with depression after i failed to collect all salmon points, and i think the last water bubble on the last level just doesnt work:P

am i really tall or are all of the doors short?

As the first photons and sound waves containing information about this game entered by eyes and ears, i could do nothing but shed a tear because i have never witnessed anything so great...

I dont know what i just played or what im supposed to do but it was a good experience. Walked around, found a crowbar, the crowbar dissapeared from existence and then i got stuck under the floorboards and starved or something:D

This isnt so bad its good, its just good:) graphics is nice

Great idea, visuals are excellent

How do i even launch the game?

You could have turned the cats into nice pieces of art in the back room of the shop, but there wasnt much else to do. I'll admit that the game came out a bit unfinished but it was fun making it😅. Ty for playing:)

Unique concept, nice presentation:)

Of course, this type of "collect the falling items" game idea has been done to death, but everything else is great, I love how the music changes as the game goes on:)

I should have spent a bit more time on planning since my only idea was the hydraulic press and I just made things from there, so I never really had a proper idea of what the player is even supposed to do:)
