Description
It's a chiptune/fakebit centered soundtrack for a 2D linear level-based puzzle platformer. Each of the tracks has a description on the project page! I used Jummbox to compose all 4 of the tracks.

Message from the artist:
Hello!!! Hope you like the tracks!!!

Theme:

Tick Tock...

How does it fit the theme?
Kronoknight would include the ability to rewind the main character to before she dies, and further beyond. It would serve as a main gameplay gimmick to solve puzzles and kill baddies!

Very catchy tunes, and very well composed! You can feel the 'time is running' theme of this hypothetical game. Professional chip tune here, bravo! :D

A Forlorn Palace might be my favorite!

Big throwback to the VVVVVV soundtrack with the chip pulse vibratos

incredible chiptune compositions!! each track was so catchy and fun to listen to; i found myself going back to "A Knight's Will" over and over again particularly! i also loved the waltzing feel to "A Forlorn Place" that gave it such a mysterious feeling.

great use of reverb across all of these as well. you don't rely on it to fill space, but you use it very effectively to fill in the cracks in every piece!

brilliantly composed my friend! i hope you make more of this kind of thing :))))

The art is kind of Chrono Trigger style; the music gives me Cave Story vibe.

This has oldschool games vibe. Keep it up!

A Knight’s Will: The first thing I noticed was the first three notes of your melody sound very similar to Donkey Kong Country. That adds to the nostalgic factor of this tune. There is a really nice balance in the upbeat and driven sections with the more calm and subdued sections to give a well-rounded loop.

Adverse Heights: The jagged walk down melody paints an image of a cold mountain musically. The high ostinato would also fit really well in the setting of an ice cave as well. It definitely gives off frigid vibes.

A Forlorn Palace: This harmonic minor vamp gives off a sense of evil or foreboding danger. This track stands out to me as feeling the most like it would belong in a gameboy game (they all would, but this one especially).

VS the Cold Sovereign: Great battle theme! I especially like the grace notes in your melody line. Good use of the prior themes and bringing them together in a culmination feeling like a satisfying climactic theme.

Fresh and Dynamic. Very nice. Love the oriental color of Forlorn Palace. <3

This was pure bliss to listen to. Chiptune has my heart, and you did it so dang well. Now I'm feeling nostalgic! Super catchy, super clean and high-quality tunes that got me dancing in my seat. Brilliant.

Each track is an absolute banger!! Awesome stuff!!

Very enjoyable tracks!  Since Kronoknight has time manipulation as its main mechanic, how would you adapt the music to the use of rewinding time? I'm curious how you would implement it, I think there are several options.

Really great 8-bit stuff! Well done!

Maybe this is just because I really gravitate to this genre, but I love this!! I will definitely be coming to this if I ever need good inspiration for 8-bit/16-bit music tracks. Love the story idea as well! Definitely feel like it fits the music.

Really catchy! I started to dance with Adverse Heights!!

This is just a fun soundtrack overall and I think I'd totally play the game due this banger of a soundtrack!
