I enjoyed the level of detail in the puzzles and the tutorial. They were very intuitive and easy to follow. Good stuff!
Really fun game! I had quite a lot of fun playing it. I also liked how all the levels were unlocked so even if you do get stuck on one, you can still try out the other levels!
The menu is awesome, but I found the constant “beup beup beup” sound effects a bit jarring compared to the sweet lullaby piano playing in the background, haha! I really appreciate the effort that went into the menu itself, though—having proper controls and sound options is a nice bit of polish.
The level select menu was super interesting and different, and I can tell a lot of work went into the tutorials, which I really appreciate! One thing I noticed was after completing a level, the SFX from the laser hitting the target kept playing in the background—it was a little jarring, but nothing too major.
The artwork is super cute, and you did a great job with it! I also loved how many levels you included and that I could jump into any level I wanted. I really enjoyed playing through them, especially the later ones.
Great job, solid submission!
A neat puzzle game. Liked the art and the overall vibes.
The sounds were a bit much for me, especially the elevators.
Great puzzle game! Design is good. I think the movement is too slow and the lasers move too fast. I think you might have been able to leave movement as is and set a max angle of rotation per frame for the laser? Or simply limit player movement in the holding state. The rate of laser movement at longer distances will be faster than short distances so needs to be pretty tight.
I really liked that you had a tutorial to explain the different concepts and did it one by one, that's something a lot of puzzle games don't have. Reminds me of Portal 2 for some reason hahah.
Very cool game! I don’t know if the three lives add anything to the game, but the puzzles and mechanics are very well implemented! + the visuals are great!
Thank you for playing!
The lives are there for some sort of quality of life, so if a player accidentally aims the laser poorly at a mirror, it is not instant game over and restart from the beginning.
Awesome menus and aesthetic overall! The puzzles were well designed and fun to figure out! I do wish you could move a little faster with the blocks :)
Thank you for playing! I Hope you enjoyed!
The slow movement speed for interactable objects is a result of me not being able to aim the lasers right so I just decided to just half the speed when interacting so maybe others don't encounter the same issue. I was thinking of separating the movement restrictions based on what the player is interacting, however I might change that after the voting period is over.
Nice and chill game. Good work one of the best so far!
Thank you very much for trying the game and for the very kind words!
A lot of levels, all well-designed, and the puzzles are fun to solve. The art style is great too, but there’s one thing: THE LASER SOUNDS. They destroy my ears, seriously :(
Other than that, I really enjoyed playing this game!
Thank you for playing!
Sorry for that, tried my best to reduce the noise they made to be somewhat acceptable, the volume for them is actually 1/4th than the one used for the other sound effects. Maybe should've just put a different slider co control their volume.
Loved the art style and the cill music.
I was impressed by how much was packed into it, especially with a menu, tutorial, and multiple levels.
Thank you for playing, I hope you enjoyed it!
The whole weekend went into making this game, but it was worth it.
Cool game! I adore his little arms going out behind him when he's running. Great puzzling and good game!
Thank you for your kind review! I hope you enjoyed it!
Fun game! An impressive number of levels for just one weekend.
There were a lot of small details I really liked. The laser sparks, the walking noise, the chill music. Those gave it a good personality.
I thought the background was a little busy, sometimes my eyes had trouble distinguishing the elements of the foreground. But it's a nicely complete puzzle game.
Thank you for playing and thank you for your kind words!
I tried to declutter it a couple of times which was somewhat successful, however I should've used different color palettes, the one for the walls and the ground tiles were quite similar.
Amazing puzzle game 🧩
At first I found it hard to work out the buttons even when in tutorial. Once I worked that out it was a lot of fun to play. Only suggestion from me would be more of a visualization for the first tutorial with how to move
Thank you for playing! I hope you enjoyed! Good to know, I never really did make a tutorial so this was a first attempt at it lol
Definitely did enjoy it 😊 just re read my comment and just to stress other then the bit with tutorial the rest of the game was spot on 😀🙌
Pretty awesome game! The art style and graphics is quite cool, and the player/robot is super cute! Had a moment where I couldn't work out what the controls were, but otherwise the use of the limitation was well implemented! Real fun puzzles
Thank you for playing! I hope you enjoyed! Should've put an outline around the interactable objects
