Thanks for playing! I'm sure Squishers is very proud of you

Really interesting concept! At first I thought the game was just about admiring birds, but then I got a "You lose" screen after the timer ended, so there seems to be a goal of some sort? Having controls would have also been very helpful to understand how to use the camera.

Congrats on finishing a game! It's more than what a lot of people (myself included) are able to do.

I think your game is both very simple and very challenging! I think it would be neat if holding the jump button could be used to control some other mechanic.

This is a pretty cool concept! An audio-only rhythm game is surprisingly uncommon and would be a cool challenge. Was the bar at the beginning used to calibrate something? I couldn't fully figure out what it was for.

Thanks for your suggestion! I wanted the background to have a doppler-like effect, but yea now that I'm testing it again, I can see how distracting it is.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! I wanted the controls to mimic the difficulty of accelerating in a different direction which is why it might have been a little finnicky.

Yep special relativity was incorporated! Eating more grapes increases your energy which increases your velocity which slows down time. Collecting coins increases your mass which decreases your velocity and speeds up time.

I am a sucker for trivia-based games and this one was very well-made! The searching game got chaotic really fast. Something that would be neat is to have some sort of visual/auditory cue (like a bird chirp) if you hover your mouse in the vicinity of the wanted bird.

Very cute game! The music was very good. The controls were a little difficult for me because of the space between each key and I kept instinctively pressing adjacent keys instead. Otherwise fun game!

The flying and gliding mechanics were really cool (and I am reminded at how bad I am at games like these...). It's simple enough to learn and I can see a lot of potential for turning this into platformers or puzzle games! Something I would have liked is for the timer to always be visible so I can keep track of it.

This game reminds me of a cuter and funnier version of Hatoful Boyfriend! The bird dialogues were very entertaining. Capucine and Kyle are adorable.

Thanks for your comment! I see now that I didn't make it very clear, but for the questions which say "The above is false", you're actually supposed to answer it incorrectly so that the answer is false. Thanks again for playing!

You had a pretty nice short and sweet story! A few parts were a tad confusing but I eventually got to the end of the story.

Nice and simple game! I can see this idea being expanded on with more inventory item types. Having an option to rotate things would be nice.

Very interesting inventory mechanic! The game got really chaotic which was really fun. A suggestion I have is to make some of the text larger as it was pretty hard to see what it said.

I wanted the controls to be a more intuitive drag-and-drop mechanic but I couldn't figure out how to do it in time without causing all sorts of bugs lol. I also specifically excluded division because rounding errors messed up a lot of things and I didn't find a nice way to solve that.

Really fun game! I had quite a lot of fun playing it. I also liked how all the levels were unlocked so even if you do get stuck on one, you can still try out the other levels!

The aesthetic of your game was great! I think your game has a lot of potential and can be expanded on to include more enemy types. I liked fighting the boss too!

Your game is really fun! I'm not sure if this was intended, but I had a bit too much fun just ramming the targets and then healing the carts.

If anything, I can assure you that you did better than me :D

The visual effects look amazing. I also really like the simple design, both aesthetically and mechanically!

The game is really fun! (I am so bad at shooters though...)

The frog is very cute! I liked how the buttons are a part of the world rather than just a UI.

Thank you!

30 bugs is much more than what I was able to do, so you're doing great already!

Thanks! I wasn't sure what direction to take the game so I just leaned towards the chaos

(1 edit)

Thank you for playing my game!

To address your comments, I was actually unexpectedly busy in March so I didn't have much time to do a better ending or other extras I had originally planned :(

There's a chance I may update the game in the future, but we'll see!
