Very nice strategy game! I really like how we must adapt to the different enemies' attack patterns to vanquish our foes~ It would have been interesting to add a small amount of variation to it, though, such as "every 4~6 turns after X attack pattern, implement Y attack pattern for one turn, then reset to X, and repeat," or something like that! Just a curveball for fun, hehe~

Small musings aside, I thoroughly enjoyed your game! It felt very solid in terms of gameplay and mechanics, and I really enjoyed your choice in music and visuals! It was a very enjoyable experience overall, fantastic job!!

Great work putting everything together!

I did have a witch attack my dead corpse though xD

Good game!

I love turn-based battlers, so I enjoyed this!

The combat system was implemented really well and I have no complaints there. Maybe enemy AI could be a little more dynamic as opposed to the same cycle of moves, but it was still fun. The only critique here would be the time between moves was too long. The characters had to walk across the screen, attack, and then walk back. While I appreciate the animations, any way to make the walk faster or have them closer to each other would help alleviate the wait times.

I really liked the concept of the healing system, but I never had to use it to win. I think if you made it basically impossible to win without it, it’d force the use of it.

In any case, great game!

I appreciate the feedback! I didn’t have enough time to test how often the healing system came into play, so this was very good info.

Really cool strategy game! The limitation was interesting, but I only found myself using it on the later floors,  it would be nice to see some more situations where the player is encouraged to use it.  The music also helps bring the experience together nicely!

Thanks for the feedback! I wasn’t sure how often the healing system would come up consistently, so I’m grateful for the info

Good job in implementing a turn based RPG! Not an easy thing to do in a jam. The controls are fine on touch screen but really awkward with mouse and keyboard

Developer

Thanks! I’ll keep that in mind

Hi ! I loved your game, after many try i didn't manage to pass the 4 floor. Is this normal ? Or im really bad ?

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! It’s possible to clear the game if you look out for each enemy attack pattern since they each have a set attack cycle. However, this is my first time balancing a turn-based game, so I’m trying to get more experience in balancing it in terms of difficulty
