Nice game! The second try was successful. Add remain amount of papers to collect or visuals, that you are ready to go to the exit.

Also I have bug that the yellow outline rectangle keeps in the filing cabinet after interacting.

Thanks so much for playing!

yea, that is a known issue. I know exactly what is wrong…unfortunately I found it right after I submitted it, so here we are. Gotta love game jams!

I really like the cutscene at the beginning XD

and the animations are really good too XD

For my opinion, it was too long time before the first camera movement.

yea, the original plan was to add a little blurb to set up a story, but it got cut because we ran out of time. So now it’s just an awkward start to the game 😅

Nice Mega Man reference at the beginning. :) I really like the graphics and the sound effects, good job. Could use 2-3 more maps but other than that very polished.

Loved the art and the idea! Great execution!

Loved the art and music. This had a very cool cinematic feel to the intro!

One of the best I've played in the jam. Hard to navigate though, a minimap would be nice.

the art and music are really nice, gameplay left me wanting a bit more out of it but you have a decent base idea going on here....!

Very nice game! Quite a lot of content.  Awesome good pause menu

I like the idea that you are a monkey stealing blueprints, very interesting but also very hilarious. The idea of the game is pretty good. but it's just one level once you figure it out there's not much to do afterwards.

I think there could be more extras than just the incriminating documents; I understand why there isn't that many extras as mentioned. because this is a game 10 day jam and sometimes developers have busy schedules in between game development.

The graphics are very well done and very polished. I don't have much else to say about this aspect of the game other that what I already just said.

If this were to be a full game I think the soundtrack would need more music to keep it fresh. the in-game level song is good but could be a little annoying after a long amount playtime.

(nice Mega Man 2 title screen reference btw)

Thanks! Honestly, with this being our first finished game (although we were already very familiar with code, audio, and art), plus full time jobs and families, it's a miracle that we fit as much in as we did. We did struggle a bit with scope creep so maybe some of these this will be expanded upon in the future...

I really love the polish here, very nice touch with things like the music changing texture when going into the help screen (with the motif still seamlessly going on).

At first, I wasn't sure if my Interact was working since I didn't know I should only look out for glowing items. I was attempting to interact with the bookshelf and computer and nothing was happening, making me think my E was not working.

Once I walked around a bit more, it was obvious what I should be searching for.

Congrats on this game release!

Cool game! Love the intro cutscene, and the art is great.

Really love your sprite and audio work on this. I wish the inital map was a little smaller, it lost me a little since it was so big. When that it said you really made it stand out with your audio and sprites and animation.  The load scene was a bit to slow imo :)
