I loved it, the artstyle is super unique and crazy. Reminds me of the old days. Using windows interfaces for level design is genius. And god, clippy... I couldn't imagine a more horrible boss. (He could have had a bit more health though!) Those pesky bombs also were pretty... pesky, haha. I died so many times on those. I enjoyed playing it, good job on finishing!

Thanks for playing and giving me feedback! I'm going to do a lot of work to extend the game, fix bugs, and I definitely would like to make the "Clippy" boss fight a bit better.

Oh boy, the music made me go back in time! xD The collision issue is there, as many pointed that out. Gladly, many people also pointed out that the game still manages to deliver a fun experience.

On overall, great art and great gameplay, really fun and challenging.

Thanks for the feedback!! I'm definitely going to update this game, fix the collisions and a few other bugs, expand the levels and probably build a few more monsters and attacks as well, but I believe I definitely got a good frame-work and concept here for sure, this is my first game as far as I'm concerned :)

Really cool ideia and art! Had some problem with collisions boxes though.

Loved the boss battle!

As it seems to me, this game has some serious hitbox problems. I would really prefer if either the character hitbox or bombs and enemies hitboxes were like two or even three times slimmer. I've tried my best but could not pass the moving "windows" platform section on the second level.

Weirdly enough this game actually manages to look pretty good and pleasing due to the consistency in the "old-windowy" artstyle. Audio also fits nicely to emphasize the mood. So, aside the unfair hitboxes it's a quite a good game with interesting visual style.

Thanks for the feedback, I agree about the hitboxes 100%, I think my problem was I had gotten so use to them that it was really easy for me and I was too tired to take that into consideration. I've worked on it a little, I don't want it to be too easy, but at the same time, not too difficult either.

LOOOOL so many memories. F'ing Clippie! What a mean boss! Absolutely fantastic game. I really don't have much in the way of critiques. Obviously it would be nice if there were more levels, but what's there is really polished, and it shows that you took the time to reach a high level of quality in the short duration of the jam.

To be continued. quite a fun game the only the second jimjam game i have finished .checkpoints were very welcome and well placed . The second level was quite difficult but just easy enough to keep me trying . The art style  is minimal but clever . i love the solitaire guard ..Overall a fun game well done zombievirals.

Man, that was difficult!  I had to quit at level 2.  Had a good time though, and with the exception of some weird collision boxes everything worked well.

Thanks! Yeah, I had trouble with collision for sure, I definitely need to brush up on that. I appreciate your feed back, I will be giving you feedback on Quantile as soon as I get a chance to play it a little more :)
