How does your submission match the theme?
There are a number of instances of dual purpose design here. Holding the left mouse button acts as a dashing forward attack, allowing you to both attack and dodge depending on the situation. Killing enemies will also yield you energy you can use to heal yourself.
The main dual purpose design is implied by the name. The less health you have, the let your dash attack deal more damage and charge faster. This leads to situations where they player can choose either to heal themselves for the extra protection, or take a risk to deal more damage.
