I really like the idea of "controlled" randomness, and this was a great take on that! While the small stuff definitely needs some polish, this is a great game!

Fun! But, even though this is supposed to be a luck game, it can still feel unfair at certain times. In my opinion, it has a lot of potentional but sadly deadlines stopped it from evolving. Good game!

Incredibly fun game. Trying to find the right die makes your brain work. The impossible enemy bug is a bit annoying though. Still 5/5.

Can I get a download link for this?

This is fun enough for me to want to have it on local. So hit me up on Discord "Jay Kozatt#3279" if the answer is yes.

That alone should speak volumes as to how good I consider this game to be. So I shall say no more.

Sure, I'll hit you up with a bug fixed version in the next couple days.

But you know, for integrity's sake, don't base your ratings off that 🤔

No, of course. My rating is already set in stone for all intents and purposes.

Very fun game, reminds me a lot of tabletop games.

I really enjoyed the concept of the gameplay through the runs I did! When I played through, I enjoyed taking an approach trying to figure out the most RNG-likely way to win. I think at its core, it's a banger.

Some feedback and things I personally didn't like:
One small annoying thing was I didn't get to see my last dice roll after winning, made it a bit anticlimactic to me as I would've liked that extra second of hype after getting the roll I need.

For all my runs I found healing quite difficult to do. I think balance wise adding more defensive options (or maybe I got unlucky not getting any defensive dice) would let you switch your gameplay style to a more conservative approach when needed.

I found the pace of the game a bit overwhelming. I think you get dumped with a lot of dice really fast, and a slower progression curve would be something good for the game, as there is already a lot of information to go through at the start. However, I thought that even if I was still confused a bit after my initial read through of the instructions, it ended up being quite intuitive by just giving it a few tries to learn from the gameplay itself!

For a game heavily dependent on RNG, this was surprisingly enjoyable. For the most part, the different dice available felt unique, and made me feel in control most of the time. Unfortunately, my endless run was cut short by a bug that wouldn't let me select either option:

(I had lost 2k gold from a greed demon one turn prior for some reason, even though the health potion was only supposed to cost 200)

Other than that, great game overall!

Yeah, unfortunately the entire two hours I allotted for final bug testing got eaten up by trying to get the export to work (I had an extra / in my code when pointing to a directory), so I didn't become aware of the extra 0 in the greed demon event (and some other misplaced event requirements like below) until it was too late.

Still, thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate it.

I really liked this game; there were different dice, different enemies, and reasons to use or have each dice. The way that combat worked was neat and the game itself was quite addicting. I got the escape after what felt like the right amount of tries, and played a bit of no escape mode. There was a surprising amount of variety in both dice, enemies, and random encounters. My only wish for the game is for there to be a final boss before the escape, everything else was great.

Developer

I also wish I had had time to add a final boss before the escape, so we are in agreement 😇

I died the moment I stepped in, 6/6 dots on die 🎲. I appreciate randomly generated levels :). Btw I somehow managed to get -1795 coins, nice. After a while, I finally escaped! I will later give the no escape mode a try, great game!

This game was a pleasant experience! The combat was pretty fun and intuitive, and the texts are quite funny. Just wish it was a bit harder and that the path were easier to differentiate.

I'm sorry, I couldn't figure it out.

Great idea, similar to ours but deeper tbh lol. Definitely has legs.

The game is very RNG heavy, but the presentation is delightful and I like the concept of selecting the right dice to try and hit certain number targets

Very difficult, but thematically appropriate game!

You succeeded in making me say, out loud, "Let's just roll the f***ing dice"... so mission accomplished! Music and art are both phenomenal.
