How does your game fit the theme?
If you fall off the screen, you loop to the other side. You also loop the screen left to right. Bullets do too. And the character and fluffs have loops :).

A really cool submission, enjoyed the artwork and a real solid platformer!

I feel like the loop theme wasn't really explored here too much.

Nice work and a fun game!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing! I agree, I think I should've used the loop mechanic a bit more (earlier too). Thank you for the feedback! :)

Simple game yet there is a lot of room to expand this mechanic.. Really good stuff! I love the art style and sound design of the game

Thank you so much for playing!! :)

Super cozy game! Played with a controller and loved it, it was really relaxing and fun, i especially really like the audio design with the chill music. One thing to improve maybe would be to have less text on screen, also text is written a little bit too small (at least on my laptop monitor), but that was a minor annoyance

Developer(+1)

I'm happy the controller support helped! I agree, I never noticed how tiny the text is until I was about to submit ahh. Next time I will develop on a smaller resolution first. Thank you so much for playing!!

Really solid and polished entry! (:

I liked the art a lot. Really cute. The gameplay is OK. Would have liked a little bit more difficulty in the levels. Also collecting the golden dots felt to me as if it would only satisfy the completionist within the player and nothing more. :D

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! Difficulty was something I really considered, especially for a game jam. And yeah the golden dots doesn't serve anything for now,  just some fun to collect! Thank you for playing!! :)

That was super fun though maybe there were a few too many collectible types haha. Artstyle is great though!

Developer

Haha, I love sprinkling collectables around so definitely understandable. Thank you so much for playing! :)

I love how the shooting pose it's just Megaman.

Developer

Wow, the level design is top notch, sad there isn't any more levels. Great way to teach mechanics through the levels. Mad at myself for missing one gold fluff :( Great game

Really cool! Love the artstyle and the concept. Reminds me of a level in VVVVVV when the same "looping" applied.

A bit of feedback : you should be able to jump when you fell down a platform, right now it seems like you can only do it when you are on the ground. Also, the projectiles should inherit the speed of the character (for example, when on the elevator, right now they go straight left/right in world space. Usually they would also inherit the Y speed of the character)

Developer

Ohh, that's really interesting feedback! I'll take another look at that. I definitely noticed during testing that the bullets were hitting the elevator while moving up which was a bit frustrating. Thank you for playing and the suggestions!! :)

I loved this game, I need more!! I was very sad to see that final level screen. The art style (and tutorial "tip" design) is really cute too! The only thing is that I think it says Tip 9 twice.

Developer(+1)

Oh no, it does say 9 twice! Thank you so much for playing!!

That was a super enjoyable experience! Good job on the levels and artwork. The jump animation looks so smooth.

Developer

Thank you so much! I'm happy you enjoyed it! :)

I appreciated the tutorial a lot. The screen edge looping mechanic makes for some very interesting puzzle possibilities. Some of your hints gave a bit too much of the puzzle solutions away though, but I enjoyed the experience. Nice work.

Developer

Thank you for playing!! Thank you for the feedback on the hints, I really appreciate it!
