How does your game fit the theme?
To sort of explain it is, there is a loop at the top of the that screen fills up based on the time it took you to complete on your best run, each augment gets activated once it's reached on the loop, making for a really cool system where you will ALWAYS get faster because augments will activate quicker and quicker.

I find it a bit frustrating that the faster a score you set, the quicker you'll kill your run if you can't beat it :( I did manage a 24.20 time, I'll take it!
The augment system is a bit unintuitive, perhaps you could add an image of the loop in the game description showing how it fills up and works. Otherwise, amazing artwork and level design, I really like the vibe :) well done

I also agree that the augments are pretty unintuitive until you understand how it works. Great suggestion to add something to visualize on the description!!

Absolutely love it!!, I want some QoL stuff cause I hate closing games with alt+f4, I think I got either a bug with the lens upgrade UI or it was a bit empty when it can be a great showcase of icons that re-inforce boosters and problems. Similar to when I'm running new loops I think either the loop time tracker broke so I couldn't see when booster entered in effect. Would be grate to add some indicational feedback on the player too when that happens.
But overall I want a full game of this, EXCELENT!

I will say, should probably have in our game description that there is a pause menu by pressing escape to exit, restart a run at any time during gameplay, or change audio levels. Also indicators on the UI is definitely something we wanted to add along with some nice sound effects to enhance the immersion of when they activate!

Well done! This game is so polished and fun to play, I really liked finding out which path through the level is the most optimal and seeing all the upgrades and downsides. Great job!

One of the most polished games at this game jam. I like the dynamic gameplay and the very nice visuals (The character animations, the background with the passing trains, and many other things were done at a very high level). I also like the attention to detail. The music becomes quieter in the underground part of the map (I don't know how to describe it, sorry).

I really like the gameplay the art and music is head-banging . One thing though the slide is a little weird but other than that really GOOD I like the downsides with the upgrades

Really loved the twist in the upgrade system — every good item comes with a downside, which adds a great layer of strategy. It forces you to actually think about your choices instead of just grabbing every upgrade mindlessly.
The pacing also felt great: starting off slow and then gradually becoming faster and smoother was super satisfying. That progression made each run feel earned. Solid design!

Fantastic idea and execution, while it was a little slow the rewind got me familiar with the level's ins-and-outs and the design of the level was really quite clever. Great work!

Having to beat my previous loop is cool concept! and having card-selection at each loop with penalty was good. also liked the polished camera movement!

That first dash across a long section felt amazing! Too bad I couldn’t get that same feeling in later loops, but overall, super fun game!

I was playing this was friends and it was super fun to go through. Love the pixel art and the idea is so fun. I dunno how you guys did the rewind and playback but that was so fire. you cooked. I kept messing up my slide i got heated lmao. Also really like how the level up system is a loop as well and not just straight forward upgrades.

Very fun, very chill. Sliding felt a tiny bit clunky, but I call it my skill gap. Pixel art was very nice, and I liked the idea of augmenting your character with buffs, but also requiring a downside.

Beautiful and polished, it was very cool to see me racing against the ghost of my previous run. I would love to see someone who is good at speedrunning pick this up and do some insane strats I think that would be very cool to see

Awesome cover & good ideas (loop run). Nevertheless i didn't understand who the upgrades works. I don't feel thats upgrades were passives.
