How does your game fit the theme?
My game fits the theme because it’s a mind-bending platform speedrunner. That takes you on a journey through a LOOP and each time you finish the LOOP it resets you to the start. With and end goal of beating your high score each time you go through the LOOP.

Really fun and creative game. The only tweak I'd make is the camera movements are too sharp, maybe add damping?

enjoyed the concept here! didn't even notice that I was behind the front part until after I went through the middle again. platforming felt nice to do as well alongside the speedrunning incentive

Came from Firebelly stream. Game is quite fun and the art is nice I had a few issues though. I was able to MOONWALK (keep it). There's no variable Jump height which is a nitpick but you should add to future projects.

I enjoyed this one a lot! Sure it’s pretty simply and the moving platforms are super broken but there something very satisfying about trying to beat your time by going around the loop again.
I love the little preview of the level and the zoom onto it, wish I could actually plan my route but it really only means you have to do at least one loop which makes sense to me.
In practise this is kinda only subtly different from restarting a level and optimizing the route that way really so I wonder if there’s some stuff that could make it more interesting, more consequences of the loop world, I do think the flipping helped with that and is pretty neat but it feels a bit underutilised maybe.

Whooa that change of perspective was really unexpected, loved how the game map was in the title, really cool, just like the real time minimap on the bottom right! The gameplay is simple, just a platformer, but it's ok, also am i crazy or did music change at each area? Good job!
ps: i guess you already knew this, but there is a bug when you are upside down, where the players faces the opposite direction your going!
Yeah I was working on the game so much my eyes just didn't notice and yes the music changes sides on flip accidental but cool :)

Loved the art style and animations. Level flip was smooth and well done.
I did a lot of what some others have mentioned, I spent a while trying to pick up the potions :D. And I could not get past the red section due to the tilted platforms. But good music, smooth game. I really liked the minimap also.
thank you for your feedback i will clarify about the bottles in my description and the tilted platforms occur from lag and i couldn't find a solution in time also im glad you liked the mini map it took me forever to figure out how to make it. thanks for playing though :)
Did you end up using a subviewport of the entire level maybe? With its own camera? Just a guess

Love the concept, being unable to set the volume was a real mood killer and sadly got stuck on the small platform at the end. It might be intended, but is the way the character walks backwards intended when the map is rotated, but that could just be me.
Otherwise great implementation of a super idea!

edit: future me here I now see what you meant about walking backwards I never noticed while making the game 🙃but i kind of like it as a feature.

Nice game but kinda player feels very heavy than I liked but, that’s probly because you needed that upside down platforms to work as well.

Wow, that game is awesome. The concept of turning the whole screen and gravity upon entering a new area. sooo good.
I didn't understand how I can use those tilted moving platform in the yellow area as there was no way for me to get on top of them. And the player rotation bugs sometimes, especially after reloading.
But in anyway and besides those small bugs, it's such a good concept, which I really enjoyed. Very good!
They are meant to be flat but I have a bug that when the game lags they flip and I didn't have time to fix it. Thanks for playing though
