Really cool game with great potential! The camera feels smooth, and there’s definitely a nice cozy vibe to loading, unloading, and upgrading.
I would maybe tilt the camera a bit more top-down to avoid it clipping into trees or hills. Also, the timer felt a bit too short to switch the junction, maybe adding a pause there, like with the other automatic train stops, could help. Great job, I liked this entry :)!
Thank you so much for playing and for the constructive feedback. I really like your suggestions, if I work on this more I think I'll implement them.
It's nice to see cozy games in the jam! I played through the whole thing and enjoyed it the entire time. I don't really have any notes other than there being a bug that you can leave the station with the upgrade menu still open but it doesn't seem to break anything so it's not a problem. Great job!
Thank you so much for playing and for reporting that bug! Glad you enjoued the coziness. 😊
Loved it! So enterteining to play! And a i see a lot of potential in this :D
Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Absolutely lost track of time playing this game, a really engaging loop. No notes, other than this could easily be extended out into a full release after the Jam.
Fantastic Job!
Thank you so much for playing and for your nice feedback!
This is the definition of cozy. I played this for like a full hour, just jamming out to the banjo and running my route. The way you had the train supplying businesses with materials they needed and the fact that upgrades caused new buildings to appear really made me feel like I was contributing to the growth of a little community. I played until I'd unlocked every single upgrade - I kept expecting to hear the little Steam achievement unlock sound, because it feels that much like a real game I'd have paid money for.
Thank you so much for your kind review, you made my day! I may come back later and expand this, achievements and all!
Felt like a very cozy game! I liked the simplicity of the game loop and the pacing, though it did start to become repetitive after awhile! Either way, great game!
Thank you for playing! Glad you found it cozy, that was exactly what I was going for! 😊 I think you're right though that it does get pretty repetitive after a while.
Well ! I see we have a fellow train creator here :D
Really nice game, love the level design and polish in such a short time, the loop is simple to understand and balanced, well played !
Thank you so much for giving my game a try! Train Game Gang 4 Eva! 😂
this game is so awesome i really enjoyed going from station to station :]
Thank you so much for playing, pi chee! I'm glad you had a good time.
A really fun cozy game about running a shipping train! You managed to strike a really good balance on the game's progress, each loop is just the right amount slow while still feeling meaningful.
Also you did a fantastic on the visual of this game, and I love how the stations changes when you upgrade them, really good attention to the detail there.
Overall great job on this!
Thank you so much for playing and for the detailed feedback! This was my first 3D game for a jam, so I really appreciate your comments on the visuals!
Fun and cozy little game
one minor critique, I think it would make more sense to have all the stations to buy stuff at the start, and all the selling ones at the end, that way you can save up for the upgrades. Still good job!
Thank you for playing! And thank you for the feedback! If and when I revisit this, I'll definitely take another look at how the stations are laid out!
Nice cozy game. I like the upgrade system!
Thank you for playing and for the nice feedback!
Chill and slow paced, the environment make it feel like a toy, I really enjoyed playing it!
Thank you very much for playing! I was hoping it would feel a bit like a model railway, so I'm glad it felt like a toy!
Yay for train games ! It's very relaxing to have the camera in third person and watch the train move from one station to the other.
Thank you so much for playing and for your kind words! I love train games too. Glad it felt relaxing, that's what I was going for!
Fun game, really well put together.
Thank you for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Great game, very relaxing and addictive, I was playing it for a long time haha.
Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Came to see what people are doing with train assets. This has a good core going, kinda like an idle game really. I had fun!
Thank you so much for playing! I was going for a cozy idle game vibe, happy it felt like one!
Cool! I can only agree with the previous comments. I probably played it longer than I should have :)
Thank you so much for playing!
Agreed with the repetitiveness of the gameLOOP (ha, get it?). But overall a really nice game to burn some time on.
Thank you for playing, Schrecklock! I agree, if I work more on this later I'll try to make it a bit less repetitive.
Nice and well-polished game! A bit repetitive after a while but fun for a decent while. Had to check it out because it had the same train pack as we have used. Your game is more finished than ours, though. :D
Thank you for playing! I tried your game too, it may be less finished, but it has way more zombies. Great job!
I played this for way too long. It's just a relaxing game (and grindy). The soundtrack is nice and relaxing. After a while, it gets a bit repetitive. The UI also looks good :O. Good job on making this game!
Thank you for playing! Really glad you enjoyed it. 😊 I think you're right about it getting repetitive after a while.
