Wow, this is such a nice little game in this jam! I'm glad I saw you guys in oiSIDE before 7 p.m. x)
I haven't seen any interpretation like this so far, super interesting. I enjoyed it a lot. To additional feedback, some middle levels were kinda too obvious (not talking about the new mechanics intro levels), meaning, if you went left and it went wrong, just go right and you solve it all. So the engaging was a bit reducing.
Oh, and I also faced some bug in the main menu, when I increased the volume and SFX on max and then was unable to lower it again (I did it inside the level, tho), I was using Mac M2. I'm also impressed that you were able to come up with so much puzzle levels during the jam.
All in all, great experience, really.
Thank you very much for the kind feedback! It is true that pretty much all levels could be solved by trying out all possible sequences and in some of the easier levels there weren’t really all that many possible options. However, some people struggled even with those during playtesting, so we decided not to buff them.
Fun little game and an intresting application of the theme.
Thank you :)
Suuuuuuper zen. I could see myself zoning out to this for hours. Loved it.
We are glad you enjoyed it :)
I enjoyed the game a lot, love how the trail of notes combines both pitch and length. The level design is well thoughtout with a smooth difficulty curve. The hint on the left adds a lot of accessibility. Also the feedback and sfx are just perfect <3
We are really glad you enjoyed our little game :)
Level 24 was incredibly difficult. Took me around 30 minutes.
It amazes me how good you were able to make the UI in such short time. In addition to all the incredible features, and great level design! Really fun puzzles. This already feels like a game I should pay for.
Thanks a ton for your positive words c: We are glad you managed to complete the game and see the ending sequence :D
Great idea and execution! I think it would be nice to add more feedback when completing a level, like having the "next level" button more drastically change color or pulse in size. When I completed the first level, I assumed it would automatically move onto the next or there'd big a big popup button to continue.
Thank you :) The button is tinted red, but it is hard to see. We initially had much lighter buttons, and when we made new sprites, we forgot to change the tint to be more noticeable.
This is really well done. The puzzling is great. Having to transpose notes was a neat touch, and using music was a nice way to interpret the theme. Excellent.
Thank you very much. We aimed to take on the theme uniquely, so I am glad you like it.
Interesting take on the theme, and very clever puzzling! My only wish would be that some features, like the teleporters, would be introduced a little earlier. There was a long stretch of levels where I thought, "Well I guess I've already played all there is," and then a new feature was introduced.
Thank you :) Yeah, looking back I agree. The teleporters could have been introduced a bit earlier.
Chill and simple puzzle game! Note sounds could have been with more reverb and tone to enhance satisfying feeling on landing them.
Thank you for your kind comment :) Good idea, we will look into it :D
I like this art style
Thanks a lot :)
Such a cute and calming concept!
Thank you, that was exactly our aim :D
Great concept very well executed. With a great art style.
Thank you for the kind words :)
Love this idea. Puzzles are very fun and I also like the simple but effective look&feel. Great game!
Thank you, we set our scope to 2 days, which left plenty of time to polish out the look&feel of the game :)
very interesting take on the theme!
Thank you
