How does your game fit the theme?
In this game you can scale the balls up and down before placing them, and there are also portals that can scale the balls after you place them.

love the minimalistic artstyle 10/10

Such a neat idea! I love how the idea is simple, but the environment itself is a mechanic complex enough to create many interesting levels. Such a great jam entry; well done!

Great game with some really fun puzzles.

Would be better if it allows level select, lmb to put balls, mouse wheel to adjust size and maybe z to undo

Neat graphics and nice game though

I like that these puzzles actually involve scaling to different sizes in interesting ways. Chill vibe.

Loved the "YOU WIN" physics, sooo satisfying. Agreed that the controls could be a bit more intuitive, but interesting and nice looking puzzler

I agreed that the controls were not intuitive -- at first, I didn't realize my mouse was required. Once I got the hang of things, though, the game surprised me with interesting mechanics and puzzles. Definitely well worth the time to play and lots of fun

Good concept ! Simple graphics but that works well with the mechanic, well done :)

Very cool puzzle game idea, the physics based nature really gives you room to be creative!

The game is pretty cool, but the controls are beyond bad, I need three hands to play lmao

Everything is cool except controls. You need to point your mouse with right hand, then you need to use arrows with left hand(or right hand), and then you need to press space with your left pinky(or left thumb), and then repeat it(sometimes you also press Q and R, which are in opposite side of the keyboard), and sometimes if you aren't fast enough, you can accidentally spawn two balls. Sometimes I feel like I am playing piano. I think it's better to use mousewheel to change the size, LMB to spawn balls, and R for restart.

But in general the game is very nice

Liked this one a lot! It's simple, but it does a lot with its few mechanics. I also enjoyed the open-endedness of the puzzles, though some of them were more... puzzling than others (especially in the first half of the game, I felt some of the levels kind of solved themselves). Nice work on this :)

Developer

The levels are designed to be extremely easy early on, I'm trying to familiarize you with the physics. Then, the levels start building on that and getting more challenging.

Nice game! I managed to get all the way to the end. Some minor things though, I think wasd would be good for this since it's a bit awkward to play and I would personally prefer the q and space inputs to take affect only when you start the press instead of holding since I had a lot of accidental inputs

Developer

Sure, I can add that to the game next time I update it. I'll add it as an option in the keybinds setting.

I loved the relaxing music and the simple gameplay. At first, I was annoyed by the fact that the “You Win” animation always played and took so long, but then I found myself waiting to see it on every level I finished as if it were a reward. Good game!

I love little puzzle games like this! kinda reminds me of sugar sugar with the aesthetic and vibes. I agree with the controls critique, just a little awkward. I enjoyed it though, you managed to do a lot with limiting the placement and the scaling of balls... pause

Cool Concept, The main issue is really the controls. It is very unnatural to use arrow keys, space, and the mouse as there is no way to access it all with 2 hands. I would suggest W and S for up and down, and then space works. I would also add Left Click to do the same thing as Space

Developer (1 edit)

I can add keybinds if that's what you're asking, although I never really thought about resting your hands on the keyboard and I was planning to add more controls which would make it impossibe to do that.

it is past deadline, just something to keep in mind

Developer

I know, I'm thinking I'll add it to the game after rating is over.

Developer

Update: Keybinds have been implemented, and I will upload them to the game once the jam is over.
