The art style is gorgeous and the gameplay really polished! Genuinely liked this game and the fact that you implemented a dark mode, haha!
I knew that someone would value the dark mode, a bit sad that I couldnt get the pop-ups to work with it tho
Neat! I like the aesthetic!
Cool interpretation of the theme, it was simple but very fun. Good job!
I like the simple art, the implementation of the theme is really good as well ! Keep up the good work :)
Simple but fun! I enjoyed the creative interpretation of the theme. Well polished and oozing with style--I can tell you came in with a specific vision in mind and put a lot of effort into this one :)
Thank you!!! im glad you enjoyed it
Really enjoyed this! Simple, but a really fun puzlle to solve! Nice job!
Nice work. Fun little challenge and cool style. The notes section was very helpful :)
Thank you!, im glad you found the notes tab useful, I figured not everybody wanted to keep mental count
It’s a fun little puzzle with interesting-looking visuals!
I found it a little too simplistic. Especially since you are not limited in a number of objects and can just add them until you get a good ratio. Or worse yet, you can just brute force the numbers on the submit tab (that’s how I found the apple core weight). Going with fractions like 3/4 instead of decimals would eliminate that.
Some clear indicator for when the weights are in balance is definitely needed. The apple core is so close to 2 kg that it’s easy to assume the weights have balanced, but they aren’t.
All in all, it’s a solid puzzle game.
I will definitely take this into account if i update it after the Jam, verdict is still out on if I will, but I definitely value your feedback
Loved the art style and scribble animations in this game. It would be nice to have some small indicator for when the scale is balance or have it lock in place quicker. I was grateful for the notes section, it really helped. I wasn't able to finish it though because I had 6/7 correct and none of them were wrong but when I tried checking the apple, it never let me know if that answer was wrong or right but it worked right for all the others.
I tried to leave the balance as physics based as I could and looking back i would probably make it a little less so. I do regret not making the submit tab a bit easier to check your answers.
Love this kind of math problems so it was really cool to see it in a game! A creative take on the theme with a lovely style!
Thank you so much! Im glad you enjoyed it!
It was fun to slowly progress by using the one thing you just measured to measure the next thing. One thing that would be nice would be making it a little clearer when the scale actually is balanced. The art was nice. Congrats on submitting!
I had trouble getting it to balance initially, the 2d joints got close then stopped and i couldn't get them to perfectly line up but i got it close enough that i hoped people could tell.
A cozy game with a great minimilistic art style. Never have I had so much fun with my middle school math homework!
Thank you! I was worried it would be too much like schoolwork for people to enjoy it, Im glad you had fun
To be fair, I used to teach math so I've always liked this type of thing. I love it when people combine math and video games
Great concept! Got the apple core weight wrong on my first try so I had to go back and check my work. The scribble effect was a little intense at times but didn’t take away from the experience at all for me.
Thanks for the feedback! It is definitely noted
I love the scribble effect, and the overall atmosphere. Great work! Really fits well with the theme.
thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it
i love the look, and the gameplay is really nice! its really fun to figure it out!
thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
This was a cool gamification of an old technique in mercantilism/science/etc. I like the style.
thank you! I am genuinely surprised mote people didn't take the theme more literally
fun little game, like the concept!
Thank you!
Nice choice on the music and the scribble art is amazing
Thank you!!! im really happy with how the art turned out
Nice game
I love the aesthetic!
