How does your game fit the theme?
The player characters have a connection in that they can share an inventory and health. In addition, when the characters walk into each other, they 'join together' into a stronger whole, that loses health slower and deals more damage

Really enjoyed the story of this one, and loved the idea. It felt a little like commandos, just with a supernatural element. Would love to see what this evolves into beyond the jam.

Nice entry! Lot of potential if you take it forward! Could use some tunes and perhaps a revisit of some of the audio feedbacks. One of the sounds was just an assault with headphones on, lol, but easily fixed. Great work.

It's lovely

Really nice little entry! I am a sucker for narrative so it was nice to see a jam game really do that properly and give it a good shot. It kind of reminds me of Umbrella Academy.

The puzzles are really very interesting. It was a satisfying "Ohhh!" of understanding when it clicked with me that they both share an inventory. While some might call it hand-holding, I really appreciated the running text that told me what I can do.

Art and music clearly not the point of this game, and that's okay! They serve to get the core of the game across, which is very interesting and unique.

I really enjoyed my time with this!

Nice concept and story!  Like other commenters, I had some issues with keeping all the controls straight in my mind and wasn't really sure on how to manage the inventory - I got stuck on level 3.

I tried to brute force level 3 by killing all the guards, but got stuck behind a wall, haha. XD

I had fun with this, nice job!

Cool game! I think the story at the beginning adds a lot to the overall feel of the game, cool to see in 48 hour game jam.

I like the little story at the beginning  a lot. It adds some polish that I don't normally see in jam games. I also liked the main mechanics of the game (one fetching, one staying back), as well as the combining mechanic. I think that it's a little confusing how combat works and maybe you should have a more explicit tutorial level. Nice art and music though.

Thank you for submitting such an amazing game. I enjoyed the funny narrative and the challenging puzzles. Although I didn't understand the controls very well, the music is very catchy XD.

cool game and cool story to go along with it. It is a bit confusing with all of the different buttons involved but overall, great work!

There are a lot of good ideas in this game ! With a bit more polish it could be really great, unfortunately there are a few things that are very confusing currently. There are a lot of controls to remember if you play alone, and I kept throwing object from the wrong character.

it is really a good idea , and the game has a really cool story .

It was a good idea but I feel like the mechanics were a bit confusing, or not very well explained.

I had a little trouble understanding the controls, but great idea!

Really unique concept! Though there weren't many puzzles, it was pretty fun trying to coordinate and control both characters at once! Haven't really seen many people try this concept before and I guess it's because programming two players at once is pretty daunting, so kudos to you! My only complaint was that at first it was really confusing to control the characters since there were so many buttons on screen and the game didn't really explain it well, so I found myself often scrolling back to the description to see what buttons did what. Hope you work on this some more as this concept is really cool!

That was interesting, the mechanics all worked together neatly, combining was very well implemented, it was a bit laggy when they were split (im guessing rendering both scenes twice?), overall I'd work on improving performance and it should be a fun arcade game
