Pretty boring concept, and execution. Not only are zombies pretty overdone but this is the most generic way to implement zombies. The game wasn't hard at all if you just keep shooting. I ended up just quitting once I got to wave 14.
Very fun game. Initially I thought that the speed was too fast but later while playing I see that it is required to travel from one spot to another. But maybe you could try to slow down the camera movement, because it's a bit harsh on the eyes. I'd like to see more features added to the game like bullet drops, weapons changes, different enemies and also the feature to mistakenly shoot civilians. I think that'd be great! Nice job! Great game!
Really fun game!
Had a blast with this game. Was really fun, and the music and sound effects were spot on.
The art was a little simplistic, but that's not too much of a problem. Wasn't a particularly original idea, and it was a wave shooter, so that did lose it a point or two, but you more than made up in sheer fun. Overall, impressed by this one, and I can see how it adheres to the theme.
A fun game but I think it could have fitted the theme better. The game can get out of control, but only when humans start getting turned which is only usually near the end. My main criticisms are first the art, which wasn't bad itself but the animations were not at a good standard. The people shook their feet instead of walking which looked very strange. My other criticism is that the gameplay was only on one level which meant it got boring quite quickly since your only real decision was to shoot left or right. As well as that there wasn't any power ups that I saw which means that you have to play the exact same character with the same gun the entire game. The different types of zombies did add some variety though so that was nice! Finally, the citizens often grouped up which meant they only looked like 1 person when there was actually 10 or 20 of them. This review may sound quite critical but overall the game was still fun to play and slaying hoards of zombies was very satisfying, good job!
Zombies are pretty good theming for the jam, and the game was very easy to pick up. The simple base allows for some more complicated mechanics to be layered on top, which I hope the developer will explore in the future!
Feels pretty good to control (ironically). I had a hard time moving between both sides of the screen to stop zombies but it's probably supposed to hard eh.
Had a lot of fun playing this game! Though... I had no problem until a certain wave and then everything died in that one wave.
Would have benefited from a larger variety of enemies; didn't see a second zombie type until wave 20. Though I swear at some point I thought a zombie shot a gun at me but they died before I could really tell what was happening. Once my first civilian got infected all of them got infected almost immediately.
I really like the style, and I couldn't help but think the title references current events (or as someone recently put it "that mess happening IRL"). The game was pretty fun. Other people said something about repetitiveness, but I played until about wave 15 and didn't have that issue. Though I think my game glitched out or something because no matter how many civilians died the counter always said there were 16 remaining. Room for improvement here would be to limit civilian respawning. I noticed that around wave 10 I had lost almost everyone but then there were about 16 civilians for the next wave. I feel like I should have lost around wave 12. Another thing that could change is how the bullets interact with civilians. I was shooting into the crowd multiple times and the civilians were unfazed. This makes the game a lot more easy than I think was originally intended (though killing civilians with friendly fire might make the game worse, idk how you'd like to go about confronting this point). Overall, I really enjoyed this game.

Nice game feel when you shoot. Bit repetitive by wave 7 because it seems to just spawn more zombies per wave, rather than different types.
I was assigned this in the reviewing discord, unfortunately I'm on a mac and can't play. Looks cool from the screenshots though!
I found easy, but the game feel was good!
If you could check my game, I will be glad XD
very fun game but all the civilians keep staying on the edge of the map so when zombie spawn it will infected all of them instantly.
Simple game, fun idea.
I think it's a bit odd that the civilians are immune to your bullets and don't even stop them. That way I just stood in the middle and widly shot left and right and it worked pretty well.
