How does your game fit the theme?
The player has doubly-indirect control over the objective: moving the sheep into another field. The sheep are 'out of control'.

Sheep games unite! Woohoo!

That's a really long way to go! but cool idea!

Overall, your idea is great; love the bouncing sheep and the idea of using both the shepherd and the dog to corral the sheep. (Got 13 into the pen!)

There are a few things I'd recommend improving for a revisit, or for future projects:

The controls are a bit much to take in initially, but I eventually got into the flow of using WASD/arrows simultaneously, and slightly adjusting the camera orientation. A point-and-click control scheme for controlling the dog and rotating the camera when right click is held might be better in this case, as your hand is already on the mouse.

Additionally, you can consider using Cinemachine for camera dolly tracks when on the road to auto-orient the camera, then transitioning to a player-controlled camera when off the road.

A few more minor things would involve some juice and UI cohesion with the world's aesthetics, but I know time is limited. ;)

Finally, nice art, sounds and music! They fit with the gameplay and mood this game evokes.

Nice entry, best of luck!

There's so many ways to use the theme that don't involve cumbersome and annoying controls. this was just kind of tedious and the bouncing only added to the confusion

Ahh well. Sorry you didn't like it GeoKureli. We had a lot of fun making it :)

I liked the concept. The bouncing sheep were cute. It was definitely a bit too "out of control" for my liking though. It might be made easier if you could see the radius that the dog/human affect.

I think for the visuals you might want to use an unlit or toon shader for it.

Thanks Thoof. Yes definitely stuff to take on in the future :)

Good work! The gameplay was very compelling and the low-poly style made it really cute. Well done! :)

Thanks a lot hruksdev :)

Nice game! The music is a perfect fit for the game.

Here are my thoughts :

It's challenging to control two units in the game, which could be the main appeal of the game. I often clicked the wrong button, ending up moving the dog instead of my character. Maybe changing the controls to mouse for player and keyboard for dog. It could possibly alleviate possible frustrations of pressing the wrong button if the two input schemes are more different.

I noticed that the dog keeps going while the character is of a tighter control. Awesome! If you could nail a mechanism that there's something only the dog can do but the character can't and vice versa, it would rise to a new level.

Thanks for the feedback Cheng-Ju, that's a very good point. :)

For something as out of control as sheep, I felt like I had the right amount of control. It was well balanced. The map was well designed. It had a good distance to travel, and quite a few nooks to raise the game's difficulty, though, I found the bridges a little too tough. I liked the models, especially the dog and the shepherd. This is a nice low-poly aesthetic. You did a lot with the polygons that you used. I also liked the dual control of the shepherd and dog - though I personally did better when I ignored the dog.

I didn't quite understand what the blue and red disks were.

This was fun.

Thanks a lot for the feedback pincushionx. Glad you enjoyed it :) The red and blue disks are land mines, for some reason their animation and sound effect didn't work after uploading

That's a pretty good game

Some points I'd like to show are

-Some sheeps get stuck under the map

-others get stuck between tight spaces like the bridge and the wall

-the game is hard to manipulate and it takes too much time to play

But for a 2 days game that's an amazing work

Can you rate my game too? Thanks

Also you could add Azert keyboards :c

Thanks HotHouse, useful feedback. Yes of course. I'll check out your game and leave a comment once I've cleared my queue of 25. :)
