I really wish there were checkpoints in the game so I didn't have to start from the beginning but I'm guessing that was part of the game you only get one life, one jump, one dash.
also the game seemed to work with gamepad but none of the buttons I had did a dash.
I liked the theme of the game and I dunno how many levels there were. I made it to the third one but after dying a few times I gave up.

The game looks very nice and the basic movement is great. I would work on the interaction with wall mechanic, as it doesn't feel that great. And I think this isn't a game in which you should be limited to only one double jump per level. (if we ignore the fact that this was a jam game with the theme "only one")
Cool interpretation of the theme. However, the controls definitely get in the way. The jump feels very floaty and has a considerable startup delay. The checkpoint mechanic is great in paper but the game does not reload the same level if you die. This means that it's almost always better to use the checkpoint at the beginning of a new level. With a bit of polish this could be great.
Obligatory lick to my game: https://b-deshidev.itch.io/nekurotactics
This is a really cool game, it looks good and has nice level mechanics, and I can see if you had more time to improve the controls this would be a really great game. For now it feels "finicky" though, like the special moves don't quite behave as you want them to. Either way, stellar creation, I look forward to seeing what you do next!
