Visual design is cool but it feels veerry hard. Maybe its only for me but music feels a bit delayed.

Nice rythm game =) The track design is good, The inputs are confusing at first though.

I like the clean presentation, but I really wish the game would communicate more clearly from when to when the button needs to pressed. I think making the receiver a vertical bar instead of a square might help (although it wouldn't look as nice) and it might also be good if the receiver didn't pulsate while the button is held. That really confused me at first. Nevertheless, neat entry to the game jam. :)

a nice little rhythm game, it doesn't get a lot of originality points for me, but it fits the jam's theme

The game looks clean, but really plain.

The game doesn’t fit in my browser (both firefox and chrome), the title is only half visible.

Only “Bensound – Summer” is synced. The other two songs feel random.

The threshold for when to press and when to release are is really unforgiving and often feels unfair.

despite my harsh criticism, I did like playing the "Bensound - Summer" level, and would love to play a more polished version of this game.

Well Done

Thanks for the feedback! I didn't have much time to tweak the numbers on the input timing, but I'll try to clean it up a bit. I'm planning on adding more songs and a "Highscore" mode where you can't die but are rated based on performance.

I like this, I suck at it, I think it'd've been better served with space than left-click. Nice idea and the implementation is pretty tight despite this. :)

It felt pretty difficult, but I'm not very good at rythym games either. :P

It could probably use a part to highlight where you want to hit the notes. Otherwise a very smooth and sleek looking game.

Developer note: For some reason the browser version doesn't support sound based animation... The HTML build is fully playable, but if you can, please play the game on the executable windows version, since on browser everything looks really static! Thanks!

Technically you use space and esc on the menu but this is being kinda unfair. I love the challenge even if I can only get 20 seconds into the song. It took me a sec to find when I was supposed to press the mouse. Maybe you could add an arrow for where to press or a short tutorial for a few notes? I like the simplistic graphical style. Though I thought the idea was quite a lot like Guitar Hero but harder. All and all I like the game though.
